Very upset!! Was told to just call for our shuttle pick up from airport. Called for over an hour and had to spend additional $30 on Uber.when arrived back at desk nobody to be found even has people waiting to check in. Want a refund!!

I was so pleasantly shocked at the size and the features of the room. I’ve never paid so little and had such great amenities! The free airport shuttle was perfect, free breakfast was a treat and checkin went super smoothly! I can’t recommend more!

Waited at airport for 30 minutes for pick up be Microtel van. Enroute, lost pressure in right, rear tire. Airport policeman directed the van to a safer location, and grateful to the policeman, as he dropped me at the Microtel for my 11:00P check-on from my 9:15P flight arrival!

There was a missing light that burned out. The toilet did not work and had to be repaired The ice machine did not work. The waffle maker was broke. This facility should be renovated before if is used again. It sorely in need of repair and upgrade. Is a disservice to other facilities owned and operated by Microtel

Very rundown property. Too many things to list with the room specifically but I’ll give a sampling. The carpet is stained and looked like a World War II war bandage. The floor is uneven, with some dips and holes under the carpet. All of the fixtures and furniture were dilapidated. Trim pulled off from the wall, broken shower curtain, broken tile in the bathroom, hot food for breakfast was out of order. The beds were wrapped in a waterproof covering that made you sweat like crazy. Like two stars is a big stretch.

The hotel lobby appears to be in the process of being renovated. If true hopefully it is extended to all parts of the hotel. Our room was not clean. Toilet ran and water was on the floor. Bathroom floor was dirty. Parts of the carpeting was wet near the beds. Room was dark. No working fridge. Molding come off the wall. The only reason we did not leave is it was late check in and we were tired from travel and planned to leave early the next day. Breakfast did not have any type of protein. Limited selection. We did not take pictures and now wish I had!

Right from the reception till the hallway to room there was a foul smell through our stay. The room was very rustic and not maintained well. There was an intrusion of a unknown man around 1 AM in the room, he was assigned a key of our room number by the person in reception at that time. There was no one available to even answer or give explanation. The only good thing that happened was that the airport shuttle person was on time and able to drop us as expected. Other than that, it was a horrible experience which I would never like to face again on my visit to the place.

There were 10 cockroaches in my room upon arrival as well as a backed up toilet. They moved us to a different room and the sheets were tore off the bed ave carpet powder all over the floor so we just had to find a new hotel as those 2 rooms were the only ones available.

Carpet was stained, black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Numerous areas where baseboards and tile were missing and holes in the walls. Even the hallways and main lobby had maintenance issues. While some features appeared newer, it's almost like they started renovations and then gave up. Reserved a room for 5 people, and the 5th person's bed was essentially a glorified windowsill with a thin cushion. Arrived late at night and had an early morning flight so thankfully we didn't have to stay here long. If needing close proximity to the Cincy airport, choose anywhere but here! Just gross!!

Very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. 1st room we were in, someone had used wet paper towels to block the smoke detectors. It was the 1st thing we saw when we walked into the room. Went to front desk and the moved us to an upgrade room. It was nicer but still a bit sketchy. TV cut out every 30 seconds or so for 4-5 seconds making it almost impossible to watch anything. Security is much to be desired at the facility as a side door was propped open with a garden hose all night. I got what I paid for, thought I was getting a deal but left feeling shortchanged. Oh… and the ice machine didn’t work and the only soda machine on the property only had cans of Diet Mt Dew to drink.
