We had no towels and the fridge didnt qork neithwr did the hot water. The staff wouldnt gove me towels to shower on gave me damn hand towels

This was beyond a disappointing experience! There was old food in the light above the bed, the floor was carpet and so nasty that your feet would stick to the carpet, air conditioning and air vent in the bathroom were absolutely “caked” in well over a year of dust, there were multiple safety hazards, the elevator inspection expired in 2023, I could not touch the remote or phone because of how dirty they were. I just really don’t know how to express the level of disappointment and when I reported concerns the receptionist simply laughed and said “ok”. I wish I could attach the pictures!

I have stayed in Microtels before this was the worst by far. I let the front desk know of issues. Holes in walls filled with tissues, missing smoke detector. The wires were still hanging. Dirty bath towels hanging on bathroom door. For a smoke free place it sure didnt smell like it. I know you get what you pay for. Just dont waste your money here. Overall hotel needs to be updated or just regular maintaining.

Excellent staff and front desk manager. Hotel needs remodeling badly. Stay here often most times issues rooms lighting, cabinets broken, TV mounts broken, doors closet, drawers broken, HVAC equipment failure, reduced water flow showers water restrictor bad no 5 minute shower here. Towels trash not dumped changed out daily like other motels staff desk eager accommodate needed. Carpet worn torn, valet cart need repair metal frame detaches from base. Improvements repairs slow drains been made maintenance recently. Breakfast economy side no eggs or sausage clean what have good done well.
Love location staff owners need invest facility keep up Red Roof Plus other hotels remodeled rates usually cheaper.

Other than the lobby and exterior, the place is a dump. Trash in the hallway when I checked in was still there when I left. Gouges in walls, holes in carpet, no room phone or hangars. Didn't feel safe in the room.

The bathtub was clogged, so you couldn't take a shower. The residue from the prior guess was still in the tub. Interior walls had holes that weren't patched. Breakfast was minimal. The property is dirty and carpets torn. The property is being ran just for cash. All the negative reviews that you've seen are accurate.

Room was dirty, carpet covered with crumbs, cigarette butts by elevator, no as advertised breakfasts, minimal staffing.
Diesel fuel throughout parking area after trucks parked there.
I would not recommend staying there.

The outside was ok but the building sunk and the room was very nasty. Cigarette ashes in the window seals and bugs everywhere. Floors had never been cleaned and the tables were nasty as well. Never stayed just left and booked at another place.

The property is terrible. There's a hole in the downstairs bathroom and the place is not clean and not feeling safe.
We tried to cancel our whole reservation, but we were pointedl in and out of the hoop cause they refused to issue a refund that was charged on our credit card.
Before you make a final reservations mske sure you look in the reviews, so you won't have to experience what we have experienced with Expedia.
I will not recommend it.

The 3 rooms we looked at were either open when went to check room, lights didn’t work, missing TV remotes, iron board missing, missing lots of extras that were suppose to be with room missing. Safety lock on inside room missing. White spots dripping from walls, cigarette butt stains on bathroom sink, (was told was non-smoking room. On 3rd floor room there were BUGS crawling on walls, Inside was just ok. I Would never stay at this place.
