Ri and Bobbi greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. I will use this hotel for guests at my home in Punta Gorda. Could not have been more pleased with everything. My only complaint(and I went for a run each morning) was lack of a gym. A minor detail. Thanks

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and unfortunately, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. The hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital, which was essential for our visit. However, that proximity did not make up for the unwelcoming and downright rude behavior of the evening front desk staff.
Checking in should be a smooth and courteous process, especially after a long day. Instead, we were met with the most unpleasant interaction I’ve ever had with hotel personnel. Front desk staff training should be reevaluated.

Our room on the first floor was so musty and stinky. We felt like we just rolled out of a wet tent every day. Even with trying to fix the problem by adjusting the temperature you couldn’t fix it. We took febreeze and some carpet fresh to it to no avail. Definitely DO NOT stay here if you have respiratory problems. We would never stay again.

I like the price. Room was kind of small but it was enough for a one night stay. Howevew there is no refrigerator and microwave as well as lamp shade or not even a night light. Only light you have is the main and the bathroom light. Also, because we are on the 1st floor level it was kind of noisy when the truck parked accroos our room started their car in the morning.
