Easy, fast and friendly check in. The room and bathroom was well lit and to top it off , the mirror also had vanity lights. Pillows were super comfy and the bedding must’ve had a cooling effect. Breakfast was actually not too shabby, I had two plates. Would stay again !

Very convenient and clean. Very loud. People next door shutting their door or moving in their room sounds like the walls are coming down. Quiet room is a huge deal for me.

There is about zero sound proofing at this hotel, you could hear every door shut and every conversation even all the way down the hallway. The continental breakfast was subpar, all there was was donuts cereal and waffles. Our fire alarm kept going off and no one came to fix it. The tv channels had an awful selection. There was about a 1.5 inch gap under the door. It says it’s under construction but there was none happening. Definitely not kid friendly either.

The front desk clerk was friendly & engaging. The hotel was under repair so there were some areas that looked not so tidy/clean. Room.was basic. Bed was super comfy. Shower had good pressure & bathroom was clean.

We checked in around 9pm at night and appeared a nuisance to be checking in. Not as friendly as expected.
But the morning, the crew doing front desk and the food was super friendly and helpful. Upon leaving, my daughter left her animal pillow. We drove away to the nearby gas station where he brought it to us, super friendly and nice

The price was a good value. We were traveling with our dogs. We were put in a pet friendly room. It was really good for that. There were several pegs to hang our leashes, hats coats, towels, etc. The window opened just enough to let fresh air in. Our parking spot was right outside our window, so we were not worried about anything happening to our truck.
We would definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling with dogs.

Extremely rude rude rude front desk man! And dead bed bugs need I say more! I have photos and again it won't let me attach them! I left I would not stay here if you paid me! I was told by hotels.com, that I would be taking care of they did try to help get me into something else. Only to get an email today saying oh sorry the front desk man said your trip was not refundable sorry for you! I'm done! Not to mention the front desk man treated the hotels.com reservation person worse than anybody I've ever seen treat another human being. They didn't have my reservation when I got there and he was so rude, the rudest I have ever seen anyone, unacceptable!

I would have liked a room on the ground floor, my fault, should i ever visit this facility again I will request when making reservations. Food on the continental breakfast was iffy, jelly wasn't spreadable, cream cheese was warm; coffee was great!

I was hoping for a decent breakfast in this 2.5 stars hotel, but it turned out to be a joke. It was Continental at best, no hot servings. Everything was running out. So we ended up in nearby McDonalds before we hit the road across the States. The hotel goes through some renovation. Second floor was still not available. It was my first stay in Microtel ever. And probably the last one. It was cheap but the breakfast flop ruined everything.
