The stay was good. Upon arrival we were told that we would be placed in a different room because the one we were given had a leaky tub. That was nice! Our room was cozy, a little small on space but it was ok! The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall though. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!

This is a good place for your overnight travels. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is quite nice (loved the shower). The staff are courteous. I've had similar experiences at other Microtel properties. If you're looking for an affordable place with excellent amenities while visiting Muscle Shoals/Florence area this is a great property.

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, the TV easy to manipulate and find channels.
The one complaint is that the only chair in the room was a hardback and hard seat that was uncomfortable...and aside from the bed, was the only place to sit.

Upon check-in the staff was asleep at the front desk. It took several minutes to wake him up. He didn’t speak and struggled to find our reservation. After a few minutes he realized the keys were already done because we did online check in. Hotel had very musky smell and pictures did not represent the rooms. Room was very noisy from outside traffic. Upon check-out staff could not be located. After waiting for 15 minutes had to leave a note and keys to leave. Will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was Memorial Day weekend and the pool was closed and the breakfast was mediocre- but I would stay again! Good stay for price!

Check-in was really easy and the hotel was easy to maneuver around. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was the same every morning, sausage link and fake eggs. The parking is free but the lot is small.

Shawna the evening manager was friendly and helpful! I tried to call and ask for early check in and could not get through on the phones. I requested early check in for a fee and asked for a call to confirm and never got one. Not sure if the front desk number was not working or what happened. But Shawna fixed the fee and was very kind. The rest of our stay was great!

The motel is not fancy, but it is a clean and seemingly safe place to stay. The rooms are a little small, but there is a nice common area downstairs. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The price was affordable for us and on the low end of what a person can expect these days.

The property sit on a busy intersection with plenty of truck traffic and loud cars. My room was right across from the elevator door...very noisy. The hotel appeared to be at least 50% unoccupied so I don’t understand why the dont set room accommodations away from the noise first.
