The bed was comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet although the walls are thin. The pool is warm but small and could use cleaning and/or re-surfacing. There were only a few breakfast options and we found that the ice machines weren’t working. It was fine for the night and we would stay again.

Dirty, limited or sleeping staff, breakfast was very poor out of most things, heater in room was breaking down and making very strange noises. Hotel could really use a face lift. Its in a great location and I love the idea of a jacuzzi room.

I specifically called the hotel prior to booking to ensure the hot tub and pool were functioning and fully useable.
The reply was, “yes, but the jets are not useable”.
The hot tub was under maintenance when i arrived, basically ruining the evenings i had planned.
Left a night early!

I liked the hotel room. Comfortable and clean. The hot tub was not working. I know things happen but it made me sad. The breakfast attendant did not believe us when we let the person know the pancakes were out of batter.
