Great for Times Square but the rooms were not clean the tub was stopped up. Air did not work.The staff were very rude over the phone but in person nice. Had to be moved to a lower level 12 floors down to be exact and was not compensated for it. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker for the price is ridiculous. Anyways had an amazing trip no thanks to the Hotel.

This property is in serious need of upgrading. Room had damage on night stands, came with NO water glasses and missing toilet roll holder as well as “outside” only shower curtain which was soiled.
The “facility” fee of $34/day is NOT charged at all Times squares hotels. There is no coffee service in the lobby OR in the room. The facility fee includes use of gym however does not offer anything else. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

The bathroom needed a deep cleaning, the bathtub either needed replacing or some good elbow grease to clean it. The drain was blocked with hair and we had to call maintenance to clear. Walls needed painting and bathroom door did not lock
