The staff upgraded my room because some construction would be starting soon. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again. It's a short walk to downtown with coffee and convenience store nearby.

This property is the worst one I have stayed at in San Luis Obispo. The beds were uncomfortable, the furniture was falling apart and the bathtub had mold around it. You could use either the microwave or the fridge but not both due to the plugs and outlets, nothing a simple power strip wouldn’t fix.

It was ok. I felt a little unsafe at times in the parking lot areas. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner in my opinion. The location was great though if you are trying to stay near the college. The beds were comfortable & the room was pretty good size!

I was able to get another night at the end of my two day stay. Also the mission motel matched the price at a different hotel so I wouldn't have to pack up and go to that hotel 🙏🙏🙏

Had to change rooms 3 times. The first room smelled like someone had just smoked a lot of weed there. The second room had not been cleaned. All the covers were piled high on the bed and there were empty cups strewn about the place. The third room was not the greatest but we were tired.

Staff was friendly. Good location to Cal Poly. Bed was very comfortable, shower needs a little updating. Neighbors were loud and only 2 set of stairs to the upper floor rooms. Overall, it was a good place for the night

Great value. Clean place, great location. Downfall, no elevator. If you're on the third floor. Be prepared. Friendly staff. Pretty friendly and clean.

It was just fine really. Clean enough, a little out dated in every way possible but that's ok. However, a tad brutal being on the third floor and having no elevator. If I didn't have any luggage or at least had someone to help me out would have been not so rough. Not all that bad just to be warned. No elevator. It was just fine. Great for the price for sure. I know the other one in town that was even close to this price is not a place I would choose to stay. But, I would stay here again anytime. Absolutely. Spacious.Pet friendly too which is a plus.

On my first night, the AC unit did not work properly, so it was uncomfortable all night. I spoke to the staf about the problem the next day, and they said they would try to reset it, and I suggested a new room. They did give me a new room in the end, My suggestion is if you book a room here check the AC first thing and make sure it is not an old push button unit. It only has cooling , and fan only. Need s both options to work at once. 2nd. No elevators, as far as i could tell, and not good for people with bad knees or handicapped. we were on the 3rd floor.
