Absolutely nothing The place was horrible

Heater in room inoperable during -30 weather, holes in walls, no smoke detectors, bathroom fixtures broken and hanging off wall. Terrible experience.

Staff was kind but the motel was nasty. There was a soda bottle full of pee outside of my door, the dog waste bin was overflowing, and my girlfriend found a roach in her jacket before we left. On top of that our room was freezing cold because there was a window cracked open and we were unable to close it. The sink sprayed out water everywhere when I turned it on, and we only receieved a few towels with no washcloths.

I didnt even stayvthere and you guys charged me

Roaches, hair, dirty walls and muddy floors, no heater except milk heater on table besides bed

Our first impression was that the room was clean, but on closer inspection I noticed that the bathroom needed a deep cleaning along the joints between the bathtub and the tub surround, the shower curtain needed to be washed and the bathroom fan needed cleaning. Having said all that, the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. For the price it was an okay place to spend one night.

It was ok for the price

There was old dog food underneath the coffee table, there were no towels or washcloths, it looked like someone had layed down on one of the beds, the pillows were piled up and a indentation on the comforter, the tub was dirty, the toilet had pubic hair on the seat. Needless to say we did not stay the night.

I booked a room with queen bed. The 1st room they gave us had nasty stains on bed/sheets and bathroom walls. There was no dead bolt on exterior door. Additionally the room had a queen size bed frame but the mattress was much smaller. I complained and they sent us to another room. The 2nd room was cleaner. Had the small mattress on queen frame (motel person argued that it meets queen criteria). Huge gap under door to outside (it was -20 at night) we stuffed towels under door. No face cloths. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. No lamps besides bed. Only 1 plug for phone charger. Tub was stained bad and has cigarette burns. Working dead bolt. Small TV few channels. Here are some good things: cheap, lots of hot water, microwave, mini fridge and location.

Nice and quiet

I don’t know the last time the place had actually been mopped. There was dirt all over the floor. It was disgusting. I bumped the fridge and bugs came just flying out of it. I had to stomp on them. If I had more time, I would’ve definitely went down to the office complained and asked for a refund and went and found a different hotel but it was late and I was tired, but it was absolutely disgusting.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty and our rooms were used. There was faeces in the toilet. They moved us to another room that room too was used we left. They told us to call Expedia to get a refund and then they told Expedia that we use the rooms and would not allow our refund, do not stay here

Staff are excellent!

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. The room however was not great, it looked like it was halfway through a remodel. There was a hole in wall behind the door, the toilet and shower both had hair in them. The property itself was very dirty and there was yelling in the parking area until 2am.

My stay was good .

The fire detector was not working, the bathroom was repainted but the tape was still up and there was plaster and paint covering up the smoke detector. The bathtub/shower was very cracked. The ice machine didn’t work. It was very noisy till after midnight with people partying .

Very unsafe looking

I arrived about 1/2 hour early to check in and was checked in by Dia (front desk) with no mention of “check in is at 3” or sort; she was very friendly and helpful when collecting my ID and payment. She presented me with my key and room number and I headed to my room on the 2nd floor that had everything as advertised. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower had a nice pressure and got super hot! Plenty of bar soaps were available but I got my own body wash as I don’t like bar soaps much. I asked for an hour late check out (12pm) and was granted by Dia. This helped greatly as I worked overnight so checking out an hour late helped a lot. I would definitely stay again.

Average place. They could provide a coffee pot in the room. Very noisy.

Plugged toilet so they got me another room the next room has a broken front window So much noise on a Monday night that someone called the police
