I enjoyed my stay, so

Head hurt from cigarette smoke and violent arguing couple next door

Low quality

Place was just dirty

Make sure the rooms are clean and everything is working in the room like the TV and the remote

It's a easy and cheap motel

No hot water. Shower would dump water every time flushed a toilet it seemed. People walking the halls and talking loudly until 3 am. Never staying there again.

Only light that worked was the bathroom. Huge holes in the wall where the bathroom towel rack was, which ment, I guess we don't get towels. Smoke detectors removed and just hanging out on the counter without batteries. Got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and two cockroaches scattered when I turned on the only working light. Smelled of marijuana and stale cigarettes. My husband has COPD & woke barely breathing. Heater is so loud the TV had to be at 50. Which seems to be the norm, walking the hall you can hear everyone's tv easily.

Toilet not working. Towell rack removed from wall. Tub filthy. No shower curtain. Never again!

The clerk was very nice but the over experience was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. The motel is in a very rough neighborhood with lots of drug activity. The motel itself seems to be mostly short term rentals for those down on their luck. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!

Once I got there I remembered why I didn't enjoy the first time I was there. The place reeked of marijuana. You could hear noise through the night from other people and the heating/ac unit had issues to where it would blow out heat then make it cold again repeatedly and it was annoying and woke me up multiple times through the night. There wasn't a refrigerator to keep anything cold. Whatever you had to eat it was either eat it when you got it or let it go to waste. I refuse to stay at that location again.

Staff was helpful and friendly

Staff is great, friendly and helpful, smells in the hallway from various food and pets not desirable but manageable since can't smell them in your room. Floors need washed

I like the hot tub area I didn't like that there was people standing outside the windows by the door and stuff I don't know if they were staying there or it was just random people

Area/parking lot/outside walls were extremely filthy! We paid for a king bed but the toilet was broken so we had to stay in a queen without reimbursing us for the difference.

I love being able to have everything in arms reach
