It was fine for a night to sleep, clean efficient, nothing special but correct. Price quality was good

Air Conditioner/Fan was very loud. Bathtub and room was not clean. They allow animals and the place has an animal smell when you walk in the building.

Room was dirty asked staff to clean but room was still dirty. Booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave room was switched by manager because other guest were staying the week not just a few days, was told that i made a mistake with booking not the real reason that receptionist told me.

The heating/airconditioning temperature control was broken.

The room was sketchy. The tile flooring was moving and looked like water had been under it. No shampoo or conditioner for showers. The vanity looked like it was falling apart. TV wouldn’t work so only could watch the weather channel. The mattress was basically on a table and would slide every time you moved.

Looked like nothing like the posted photo and found some roaches in the room

Quiet, comfortable bed, lots of food choices close by.

This is what I get for a cheap room. The person that checked me in was nice but not professional. The hallway smelled like smoke. The floor in my room had not been cleaned in a while. There was loud talking right outside my door. I liked out the peep hole it was the employees. This was 10:30 at night. I did not feel safe. I will pay the extra money next time to stay somewhere quiet, clean and safe.

My trip was going okay. It was a stay due to being between houses at the time. Until one of my grandchildren had a meltdown, and the manager decided to take it upon herself and call the police instead of getting the mother from her room and she would not allow us to renew when our week was up while we are still waiting for our house and was very rude and we had to find another hotel which was more expensive. Then where we were, I'm sorry. A manager that cannot understand a 9-year-old having a meltdown, because we're between houses and he has some psychological issues and it was explained to her prior to and she was fine with this. And then suddenly she isn't, that is not good business.

The young man at the front desk was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The place was mostly pretty quiet despite being pretty full. This is my 2nd time staying here traveling for work with my 2 little dogs. I will be back.
