It was the worst and dirtiest experience of my life. I couldn’t sleep until morning, and then I found my arms and legs covered in bed bug bites. The pain, severe itching, swelling, and inflammation in my skin are beyond description . I’ll probably have to go to the emergency room.

There were people outside in full ski masks hiding in bushes. I was unable to go to sleep one night due to someone playing music outside until 2AM. Hotel service desk did nothing to help and suggested that I go outside and tell them to stop.
