Motel 6 Lehi, UT – Thanksgiving Point

We weren’t greeted warmly when we arrived after being on the road for 9 hours, the male kid had an attitude which was uninviting. We are tea drinkers and they didn’t have hot water in the morning for our tea nor offer an option. Our room also faced the interstate and the window was very thin, had to wear headphones to drown out the interstate traffic. Very trashy pet walking area. The lady that we checked out with was pleasant.

It was okay besides you not taking a prepaid Visa card from Walmart. I stressed out and finally found someone to put money on another card I had. Took awhile glad they didn’t kick us out!

Front desk and cleaning crew have been great and helpful. Rooms are quiet and beds are comfy. Was a nice and good stay. Thank you so much.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property kept clean. Other occupants very loud. Hallways used for little kids playgrounds with screaming and crying. Very loud dogs. But other than the occupants it attracts it was a great stay.

We checked in at 330 and they didnt even have it cleaned. We went and had dinner and came back they didnt even change or put a new role of tp in the bathroom. No soap for a shower.

the place is very dirty, there was a fork in our bathroom sink, the bedspreads were stained. the vents were completely busted out, the room smelt awful. there were signs everywhere about " for our safety lock up " - some of the locks shows signs of being previously busted so definitely did not feel safe.

We really just needed a place to sleep for the night but even for an inexpensive motel 6 this was well below acceptable. It’s old, needs repair, dirty. We will not stay here again

The desk clerk could not give me the info I needed

Sometime after midnight a drunk person was banging on doors & screaming around on the 2nd floor where we were. This went on for way too long making you wonder where the staff were & how this individual got into the facility. After a long while I believe the police finally showed up, no thanks to the staff! Definitely give this one a miss as they didn’t even offer us any compensation or consideration for the loss of sleep & fear that this caused.

We didn't end up staying here the room had wholes in the bathroom door, stains on the sheets room had a weird smell and almost had to knock the door down to open it

This property smells really bad and there is black mold in the bathroom on the walls and the toilet has not been cleaned

We were not given the reserved room we initially booked through Expedia. We were informed that the room was no longer available and only option was another room not of our preference.

This place wasn’t the cleanest. The sink was dirty when I checked and the door had a hole in it. The cleanliness can definitely improve. The staff was friendly and made the check in easy and smooth.

It seems to be that this property was primarily for transient use. It was dirty there was drug paraphernalia. It was loud and unsafe. The staff seem to be doing the best that they could, and we appreciated them. But the conditions were horrible.

Was suppose to get refunded for two days, have not sent yet…

The front desk person was somewhat polite, but he did help to accommodate me with a different room, other than the one i booked online. But as far as Clean, sanitary, linens and all the towers looked appeared and smelt like they werent washed from previous person who stayed they were stained immensely and covered in loose hairs. The bed linens were also covered heavily in someone else's loose hairs. The bathtub was filthy and it too had loose hair all over the shower curtain, and bathtub walls. And in order to use the bathroom facilities comfortably i had to use my own household cleaner and a scouring pad. I stayed there to get some sleep b4 driving another 18 hours but the bedding was so questionable, i could only sit in the chair for the night AND DIDN’T SLEEP AT ALL, which set the plans for my trip behind 2 days.

Easy check in and check out. Checked out a night early because the shower head wasn't functioning right and the hwy traffic was so loud, we couldn't sleep at night. Also, someone in the hallway was yelling late into the evening on our first night. Room 212
