Never disappointed with my stay at the Nautilus Inn. Adjacent properties have still not made renovations, but this property looks great. Very personable folks at check-in. Lobby always looks great. Room is spacious and clean with chairs to sit.

This is a very nice place. The staff keeps it very clean. The room was large, and the balcony faced the ocean. We had a great time.

didnt know a sleep 4 two queen bed room would require an additional $20 fee first time I have stayed anywhere that practices this...... we had one person for 3 nites there
and four women for a nite and same room for my husband and I and they still were so bossy at the front desk and rude about all the additional charges plus the
extra parking pass another $10.00 we were very happy

Inside the property was very well kept. New , clean and the decorator did a great job.
The front desk service was not up to par. Was a great fit for the staff. Supervisor was not friendly and did not show any concern for me as a guest.
I asked about a late check out and was told….
“ you need to vacate the room by 11.”

I’ve stayed twice here and this time was when I had a problem with one of the staff.. very rude charged me for someone visiting for 2 hours not using the pool or anything . The cards don’t work half the time even if you don’t get it anywhere near your phone. All of the staff ask your name, the name on the reservation and room.. and when you deal with them during the day that’s how they all are. But the lady that works 3rd shift was different.. so if you want to go down to the beach to look for shells at night take your ID . And the rules change when she works. Even though there is nothing stating what she said was the rules.. I looked everywhere for that rule where she charged me.

The 4 days we stayed at this inn is horrible! Drilling and hammering during the day, and at night, loud noise coming from the refrigerator!
We complained at the front desk but they just ignored us, like we’re just hallucinating. “We don’t do repairs in this hotel! I don’t recommend Nautilus Inn!
