Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. This hotel is the best value in New Haven. Room was large, clean, and quiet. I have stayed at all the top hotels in NH, and while some offer additional services, they come at a price. If you are looking for an upscale hotel that offers a nice room and reasonable price, this is your best option.

It was amazing until my last day. I had a terrible headache causing me to move slowly. Front desk person at the time appeared insensitive about my dilemma and more concerned with me making a decision to be charged an additional 50 dollars. I understand I was at a place of business for services rendered, However, in any business or profession, one must always identify and connect with simple, human expressions of concern for a person’s wellbeing. She offered Tylenol towards the end of the brief exchange with no emotion.

Very efficient and gracious registration and front desk interactions, offered drink vouchers for inconvenience of having plumbing work done which was done promptly after I left for the day. However, Housekeeping neglected to replace the coffee packets twice (out of four mornings)
