This property is beautiful downstairs, and dated on the upper levels. The carpet was old, smelly, and clumped so bad it was hard to roll my suitcase. The room was spacious but the decor and finishes were antiquated. The upstairs and lobby are of two different establishments.

The service is always amazing. From the valet to the front desk to housekeeping. Amazing, friendly and helpful!
BUT wow, this hotel needs some serious work! The beds are AWFUL! We had to change rooms due to the bed being broken just to be moved to a crooked, squeaky uncomfortable bed. Awful!
The air conditioning was as so loud… there was a LOUD banging every 20 mins that kept us up all night.
The room is in serious need of attention. Nightstand falling apart. Bathroom rusted and faucet coming out of the wall.
The hallways are horrible and desperately need attention. The carpet is torn and buckling everywhere. The ice machine was broken but on our floor so had to travel to another floor.
We come to NOLA to visit family twice a year for four to five nights each time and would love to stay here due to convenience and being on the lake, but will have to find another option, unfortunately.
I can’t believe the Saints athletes stay here. Hopefully they have upgraded beds and rooms!

This hotels pictures make it look really nice, but it is no where near that. Only one elevator worked and it took 10 minutes for it to come. The bathrooms were moldy and didn’t have a fan. Don’t stay here

Easiest hotel check in I've ever experienced. I showed up, they asked for a picture ID and handed me the room card. I don't have to give a credit card deposit or sign anything.
The staff was friendly and the hotel and room were nice. I read other reviews about the parking deck so I had no trouble with it. I will stay here again.

The toilet was broken. After flushing the toilet kept running. My husband had to keep fixing it after every flush. There was only one elevator up and running. On the positive side. The room was clean, bed comfortable (could use an update) I would love to give it a 5 because of the hospitality. The front staff is absolutely amazing. I wished I got everyone name. Upon checkout I did get Will name. He worked with two other young ladies that was also amazing. They was so helpful, and engaged with us. The room are a bit lacking. Your front staffs bridge the gap. Thank you for such great customer service.

There is only one elevator running for 16 floors. The water in the shower would constantly fluctuate between hot and cold. When I was checked in the concierge double billed me and it still hasn't fallen off 4 days later. I will never come back to this property
