Nittany Budget Motel

i have stayed here before as well, and will stay here in future again. very good place to stay

I was very skeptical about staying here at first since MANY motels are run down and have many issues, but being on an extreme budget and needing a place to sleep from 10pm-7am for my daughter's competition I figured I'd give it a try. The staff made the check in and check out extremely quick and simple, the room was clean and clear of any mold, mildew, zero stained ceilings. The room was equipped with a 32" samsung tv and super comfortable mattresses (bouncy but no springs), dove bar soap, a microwave and nice size fridge with a countertop. Complimentary breakfast that is brought to you at your specific time between 5am and 1030am which includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, variety of juices and muffins or bagels (limited to one per option ie either bagel or muffin) but is brought to you through a "nook" so do not need to worry about door service and can do your morning routine. I seen they are pet friendly but the room i was in did not smell of any pet odors. Definitely will stay here again if I end up back up at State College.

have stayed here many times on way from Michigan to NJ. Front desk gentleman is always very nice an cheerful to me. I like that when I get here I have a parking spot right in front of my room which makes it much easier for me because I have really bad knees and after traveling for hours, I can unload and load right into my room without walking from a further parking spot, the room is ready an heat or air is on.
