North Beach Hotel

Yllennis got me checked in early to accommodate my needs of getting to my work event. I was very grateful for the smooth and effocient process. The room exceeded my expectations and was very comfortable and inviting. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic property, located one block off the beach , the property had several food options , and multiple swimming pools for each area of the resort. Our room was great with a little kitchenette area to make coffee in the morning, and refrigerator to keep snacks and liquids. The staff were helpful and friendly. We got in late and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend if this is in your budget. Great for the price point, well above what we expected.

Nice place

The good: - Common areas pleasant, clean, calm. - I'ts a series of hotels close by, you can use the common areas of the ones around (heated pool, gym) - Bedroom was clean (not the shower) - Services around (restaurants, beach, transport). - Location. The bad: - Shower area had old hair when we arrived; - Low water pressure was not joyful, but it's enough for a utilitary stay; - Noisy AC, but it didn't bother me much, I like white noise at night; - Daily cleaning service. We stayed for 4 nights and each day the cleaning was at a different time, sometimes very late. One day at 5 pm I had to ask the reception for them to clean and change towels. They don't clean the floors and the shower. Disappointing for the price. - Chronic lack of towels. The shower towels are old and small, they only give one set per person. I had to ask twice at the reception for an extra towel and they didn't always have it. Beach towels often not available, any time of the day (3 days in a roll). We went to look for it many times over the weekend. We paid for 5 nights in advance, our flight got canceled and we arrived one day later. They said they were about to cancel our reservation without notice even if we had let them know we'd be a day late Hot tub was awfuly hot, impossible to seat (and I love hot water). - Rundown washroom and shower, makes it unsanitary. Overview: - High cost for the service and cleaning - I'd go back if they improve it because location and common areas are great.

I think this place is my happy place. Lovely landscaped buildings gave tropical garden vibes. 4 nice pools 2 hotubs. It felt like an adventure to find them all. Located in a village feel area. 2 blocks from the beach.

Dislike. . . There were no drawers to put clothes. Closet only had 4 hangers. Smh.

This property is falling a part.

Location was great.

There were limited areas to open bags in rooms and/or place toilet toiletries in the bathroom. Some of the finishes, (baseboard/paint) were worn.

Great staff, clean property. One of the best stays I’ve had in a while, and I travel often. Good location. We will definitely stay again.

Street noise is everywhere in area. Ask for a room off street

Everyone is super nice and the hotel is surrounded by all kinds of great restaurants and bars.

Beautiful hotel and extremely well maintained. Had lots of parking spaces around the hotel.

Staff was very friendly!

The room itself was old but the more or less clean. The bedding was clear and fresh. The bathroom was disgusting, there was hair all over the shower floor and the bathroom floor, dirt and dust in the corners, the sink looked dirty as well. The toilet was clean. I let the front desk know and they just said "ok" without any other comments or any reaction.

Broken plumbing and no running water . Could not run the toilet or take a shower. We could not find anyone to give us status on plumbing issue. Had to check out early to find a place to get drinking water. Front desk was not at all apologetic and had a ‘it is what it is’ attitude.
