Glass shattered all over my husband while he was changing; the hotel claimed they would refund the stay; dangerous; front desk gave us another room; we never got a refund; we stopped here 2 times from NY to Washington NEVER AGAIN!

What a gem in such an unsuspecting place! Unique, and modern all at the same time, with the friendliest staff!! I wish I could pick this hotel up and bring on many of my travels to stay in!

After flying all day it was a welcome relief to arrive at the hotel. The shuttle driver was friendly, helpful and on time, even late at night. Bed and pillows were perfect for a great nights sleep.

Staff in Ten was really great, however for an “upscale” restaurant it really needs some upgrades to the furnishings. Bernie’s diner is always excellent. Front desk staff was courteous and even when they struggled checking us in due to system issues they made sure we were comfortable in the restaurant as we waited. The suite we were in was ok, missing tables in the sitting area, no refrigerator in the room and one of clean glasses was half full of water when we checked in.

Breakfast vouchers for the diner is probably the most underrated benefit. The diner has excellent breakfast options and it is a major upgrade than any in-house breakfast I've had anywhere.
Also, the property is classy, clean, and well maintained. I will stay there again next time and have already recommended it to others.

We always stay here, about 6x per year, when visiting our daughter who is a student at MSUB. Great location downtown and close to the school. Staff is always friendly. Great food onsite but many options also within walking distance.
