Nuks Executive Suites

Love the location!!! The hotel lobby all of this is beautiful but my room is lacking! The water pressure in the bathroom faucet was low and never changed temps just cold! We stayed is a queen for mobility access, the bathroom floors need a big towel to soak in all the water from showering. With my son and I showering daily, we have to ask for towels to prevent the floors from being so wet and slippery! Have to flush the toilet twice. Not much space in the small closet where the fridge is also stored. If you hang the clothes it will touch the floor so I had to hang my son’s bowling uniforms after ironing it to the back of the bathroom door. I requested for another room due to the mobility shower and slippery floor and water pressure but they’re fully booked. We stayed in this hotel for 10days and dealt with the water pressure issues. Unfortunately for what we needed for my son’s bowling tournament, I will stay at a candlewood suites next time! I was sold by having the room overlooking the water but that’s not the room that I got

2nd stay here, will be back. They do need to update the bathroom towels, they are worn out. Beds are comfy.

We only stayed one night. Hotel and surrounding area was great. I wasn't a fan of insense odor. Everything went well.

I booked a king suite last minute for an overnight trip and was happy with my stay. It's a unique and comfortable hotel with a great location for walking, just next to the Fox River trail. Parking is easy. I found it charming and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet even when the restaurant was having a karaoke event next door (I would have liked an invite lol) spacious as well. The continental breakfast was a good value. I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwiches. You can get free water, coffee, and bags of ice from the lobby.

Great stay!! It was super clean, the room was wonderil in a great location.

Cool patio on the river. Very spacious room. A few items needing attention: 1. Deadbolt doesn’t work in room 104. Jam of door doesn’t match dead bolt 2. Inside coffee maker needs to be cleaned 3. The legs on the couch at foot of the bed at broken. Dangerous.

Quiet and friendly.

I feel badly about leaving this negative review, but perhaps it can help the management to improve. We booked this hotel because it was near to our relatives and the website looked nice. The room and the service were just not acceptable. There were 4 hangers in the closet when we arrived, and when we asked the receptionist for more, she was surprised that we needed 10. We were there 4 days for a wedding and had special clothes we needed to hang. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows oversized for a Queen bed, making them difficult to use. The 2 regular sized pillows in the closet were too hard and uncomfortable to use. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and wrinkled badly during the night. The bath towels were very worn and had holes. But, the worst thing was that there was no room cleaning. The second day, I asked reception to have the room serviced in the morning before we left the hotel at 9am. Nothing happened until 2pm when a young girl came in with towels and asked if that was all we wanted, I had to ask her to clean the bathroom and to vacuum, all of which she did in just a few minutes. That was the last we saw of any room servicing. We were busy with family and didn’t have time to monitor the situation and to inform the seldom staffed front desk. I cannot recommend this hotel. Even though other hotels are a bit further away from our relatives, we will be using them in the future.

Comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Nuk's. The only down side was that the lobby and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. But the room itself did not smell at all so we still had a wonderful stay!

This is an absolute gem. Everything very well done. Don’t miss eating at the Thai restaurant in the building. Would definitely recommend.
