Ocean Beach Club Hotel

The hallways smelled like dirty feet. The staff was rude. The heated pool was way too hot.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several disappointments. The property description mentioned an on-site restaurant, which was not present, and the nearest dining option within walking distance was a McDonald's. Additionally, the hotel is not as close to the beach as advertised, being approximately three blocks away with zero parking available. The hotel itself appears to be in a state of disrepair, with only a few new carpets added. There were also numerous additional charges for various amenities, and housekeeping services were only available upon request. Furthermore, there seemed to be an inadequate number of staff at the front desk, which negatively impacted the overall experience. The manger admitted that she hears many complaints but did nothing to make our stay and better.

We got in late to just stay the night to go on a cruise the next day. I booked it because there was a shuttle that drove 80 miles. We were going to Miami. I called a couple weeks before we came if we need to book ahead and was told no. Well that person was wrong. They were all booked. Had to spend 125.00 on an uber.

I asked for the room to be cleaned at 9am they told me by 5pm and then I ended up having to go talk to the manager it didn’t get cleaned til 10pm, they took over 1500 out of my account for a 700 stay was what it was supposed to be.

Nice clean and convenient propety. Quiet with easy and affordable parking.

Very nice in clean

The location is not ideal for dining, shopping or things to do and the beach is a few blocks away. The lighted sidewalk by the beach in the photos is not related to or even near this hotel. The rooms are small, dark and very outdated. The couches and chairs throughout the hotel and in the room are filthy and worn out. The tv in the room is from when flat screens were first invented. Basically the best part of this is the staff was helpful and pleasant and the pool was nice. There is no ocean view it is busy street view or parking lot view.

According to the pictures on you website I thought the hotel was separated by the beach by just a street with no condos in front….i was disappointed how far the access really was…..the staff tho was fantastic

The girl who checked us in was beyond rude and dismissive. My card was charge 3 different times 1 for the deposit and 2 separate for the entire stay price. You have to pay for parking which I think is crazy considering they have a full parking lot. You have to sign out towels for the pool area. Pool area was dirty, as was the elevator. Our rooms were cleanish.. Other guest asked about Curcuit and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. I asked the front desk girl a question and her answer was " I don't know I just work here." We called to ask if they have plastic utensils and they said "nope" and hung up. Over all wasn't a great stay but you get what you pay for. But don't recommend

Staff is awesome. Small room. Dark w not alot of sun or proper lighting. Very small heated pools, not sure who maintained them. Clean but it's your typical dated beachside hotel/motel. Beach is on opposite side of street & a few blocks down to enter. Beach chair rentals available. Pics a little deceiving.

It was a good place.

Only disappointment was the photo on website of beach is misleading. No ocean view. Oven and food walkable distance but not seen from hotel.

The room was not complete,mirrors missing,bed was at least twenty years old very uncomfortable.couch was from the 60's and dirty.
