Oxford Suites Spokane Valley

The stay was just OK. We have stayed at the sister hotel a number of times but found this one to be not as good. The breakfast was average, the room was not prepared properly. We had to call for sheets for the pull out couch for the grandkids as the was none in the room and only one small blanket for the bed and they said they had no more to offer us. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and the king bed was comfortable.

Checkin was early and the front desk lady was so sweet.

Our restroom had a “pee” smell to it as soon as we walked in and it didn’t seem properly serviced, the lid on the toilet seat also looked very old, and burned?? Our room was on the lowest floor, the room above us was very loud and rowdy, we called the front desk and it was handled. So kudos to the staff, they were friendly. We just won’t be staying here again due to lack of cleanliness.

We arrived a little early. Was told the room was ready but because check in time wasnt till 4, we had to pay $35 per room for early check in.. There were 2 families. We had kids wanting to swim, that was the reason for staying here was the pool. I asked if we could wait in the pool,and she said no! I have never bern charged extra before, especially if the room is ready. I also asked for a different room with 2 beds, and was to!d because the reservation wasnt made thru them directly, She couldnt make any changes. Again, i have done that before. many times. And, they dont put warer in the room anymore! I checked their website and it didnt say anything about he fed for early check in. The rooms were ok, but nothing special. I wont be staying here again.

Traveling through spokane

Easy on and off Freeway. Many food options and shopping within walking distance. We paid a little extra for the river view and it was worth it! Complimentary wine at night and wonderful breakfast in the morning!

Always a great place to stay. The Centennial Trail is a great place for a walk and right out the door. Friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel, I will stay every time I need a place in Spokane Valley. The location is great, and the people were very nice great customer service, and I even slept really well, and the pool was even clean, which I really appreciated. Good Breakfast. Really a great hotel

Lady at front desk was awesome, as was the breakfast attendant and the breakfast itself. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Also used the fitness room and it was more than adequate.

enjoyed the quiet environment to rest for the night after a delayed flight. Great communication with staff.

The place was immaculate so the housekeeping staff are top notch. The other staff were great also. Our big problem? We were in room 233 and several doors down from an exterior door which kept slamming every time somebody went through it, which was pretty much all the night. Then other guests came into their room up above ours, and made a tremendous amount of noise starting at midnight. It was mainly the slamming door and the guest upstairs. There is a nice place to walk behind the place, and really in every other way it’s great, but it was just impossible to sleep there. Tthe slamming door I think is preventable with a different type of door closing device, then is currently there. I don’t think we will be staying there again unless we call them and can confirm that they have changed the way those doors close. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s quite disturbing when you’re trying to sleep. Such a loud noise randomly happen all night long.
