It was fun in general the air con was good the people were nice and it was walkable everywhere.

My family had a great time staying here and would definitely do it again when we are back in the area.

There was mold in both rooms we stayed in. The pools closed at random times. Bad experience with customer service. I went to surfrider hotel down the street and was extremely satisfied. PIC is not worth your dime.

The water slides were great, and they were free to use! I haven't had that much fun using the water slides in ages!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time. The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks. Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily. A trash can in the elevator area would have been helpful for guests could rid of their own trash but being told upon check in of your rules would have been a better way to relay this information. Over all it was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly. Yes we would stay again Saipan def has a better hotel than Guam. Thank you

Hotel needs some upgrade, specially the bedrooms. However, it was clean and swimming pool area and staff were great!

룸컨디션도 좋았고 아이들은 수영장을 떠날새가 없이 열심히 놀았습니다^^ 리조트 바다에서 놀것도 많았고 스노클링도 좋았습니다 어떤분은 가오리를 봤다고하고 거북이도 봤다던데 저는 물고기만 엄청많이 보고 왔네요ㅎㅎ 클럽메이트들은 아이들에게 장난도치고 재밌게해주셨고 아이들도 스스럼없이 같이 장난치고 놀았어요 식사도 좋았고 마젤란은 아침은 간단하지만 점심 저녁은 먹을것도 많고 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 아이들에게도 물놀이 좋아하는 어른들도 최고였어요 슬라이드 완전 추천!!

Customer service was excellent: from reservations, F&B team, and poolside. The room was clean and big. The food was delicious at the Magellan restaurant. We are there for dinner and brunch. Our family had a great time during this 2 night stay.

우리가족이 이번 여행을 하면서 PIC 워터파크 공사로 인해서 여행의 1일을 손해를 봤습니다. 안내데스크 조차 사람마다 차이가 있었다 PIC에서 캔싱턴까지 픽업드랍을 해준다는 약속또한 안지켜지다보니 개인적으로 택시를 타고 이동을 했다. 셔틀버스를 타고 이동을 했다면, 3시에 캔싱턴에 도착해서 우리는 아무것도 할수 없었다. PIC를 여러번 방문했지만, 이번처럼 제한적이고 이용할수있는게 없어서 너무 실망을 했다. 저녁에 원주민 쇼도 없고 워터파크도 이용안되고 6시 이후에는 그냥 숙소에서 쉬는게 다였던것이 아쉽다. 우리가 하루를 손해본것에 대해서 난 클래임을 할것이다

Our recent stay at PIC Saipan was memorable! Although the property itself shows signs of age, the bathroom in our room was renovated, which was a nice touch and made the stay very comfortable. The hotel offers a ton of activities and amenities within the property, from a water park to a beach bar, BBQ spot, and even a gift shop with snacks and drinks. The all-inclusive meal plan was a standout – not only was the food delicious, but it also meant I didn’t have to spend a penny on meals, which made the stay even better. The staff was incredible, especially with children. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. The only downside was that housekeeping came every other day, though they ensured we had essentials like towels and toiletries when needed. One small wish – it would have been nice to have a cafe for a quick latte fix! But with all the free food, I can’t complain. Overall, it was a wonderful, satisfying stay, and I’d happily return! 스태프 분들.. 말 많은 저희 아이와 대화도 잘 나눠주시고, 한국음식도 너무 맛있고.. 정말 우기였는데도 저희 가족에게 최고였어요! 또 가고 싶어요~

The good: The water park is excellent. If you have kids, I highly recommend the kids club. The staff at the water park and kids club are excellent. The bad: Rooms are a bit dated and in need of upgrading. Also, there isn't much to do within walking distance of the hotel so if you plan to eat and shop elsewhere you'll need to either rent a car or get a taxi. The ugly: They definitely cater more favorably to visitors from Korea. The front desk staff will nickle and dime you to death. They wanted to charge us $59 per room to check in at 1pm. We had 2 rooms next to each other, I asked if we could get the doors between the 2 rooms unlocked and I was told there would be a charge to unlock the doors. I've never experienced that before.
