Older but well cared for - including programmed upgrades. Beautiful grounds - sitting at the pool you would never realize you are in an industrial area ; the flowering plants are splendid! Was 1st drawn here by the free 24 hour shuttle service and , using it several times , found it to be the best I have found in the area : friendly, helpful, on time and responsive. Well done ! The on site restaurant servers great meals. AND most of all - a wonderful staff - each and every one filled with Aloha. Already plan on stay as we pass thru next December. Mahalo.🇺🇸

I just pressumed for an airport hotel there would be soundproofing. It was very noisy not just from airport but also cars driving past room and the hum of air cons (not from within the room).

Close to airport which is convenient . Some difficulty fun finding shuttle pick up point . Room is minimal but functional. Bathroom could use some maintenance. One wall has damage near the floor.

I should have read other traveler's reviews before choosing the hotel. I was so much in a rush before reservation. You get what you pay for. Please spend some extra $$ to stay safe and clean locations. I couldn't sleep after seeing big cockroaches in the room. Fortunately, I stayed only one night. The city water was good though.

Spent hours checking in because of a detail in the reservation that was not our fault. May many proofs to resolve their doubts were presented and dismissed by the check in person. Until it was beyond all common sense. It could only be resolved with a call from Expedia. I believe they wanted to discourage us from staying there despite our reservation because they were full and wanted to rent our reserved room at a higher rate. bad bad place.

Thought the staff was professional, the check-in and check-out processes efficient, and the room and bathroom were clean, the property is old, noisy inside and outside rooms, not insulated to noise or air from the outside (which is an issue with the restaurant actively cooking all day on the first floor). It is definitely not worth the value and is located in an industrial area surrounding the airport, right below the city rail. I can't recommend the hotel.

Close to airport so nice for brief stay over between flights; immediate access to nice walking along park and lagoon and public tennis courts if you go out the back gate from poolside, which is a big bonus since the curbside front is all airport industrial pavement

Rooms are old and dated. Not much to do around the hotel. The exception is the service which was outstanding from check in to check out and the airport shuttle service
