Older but well cared for - including programmed upgrades. Beautiful grounds - sitting at the pool you would never realize you are in an industrial area ; the flowering plants are splendid! Was 1st drawn here by the free 24 hour shuttle service and , using it several times , found it to be the best I have found in the area : friendly, helpful, on time and responsive. Well done ! The on site restaurant servers great meals. AND most of all - a wonderful staff - each and every one filled with Aloha. Already plan on stay as we pass thru next December. Mahalo.🇺🇸

Close to airport so nice for brief stay over between flights; immediate access to nice walking along park and lagoon and public tennis courts if you go out the back gate from poolside, which is a big bonus since the curbside front is all airport industrial pavement

Close to the airport and major route. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfortable and had the perfect pillow. Not walkable, not much for restaurant's in the area.

Spent hours checking in because of a detail in the reservation that was not our fault. May many proofs to resolve their doubts were presented and dismissed by the check in person. Until it was beyond all common sense. It could only be resolved with a call from Expedia. I believe they wanted to discourage us from staying there despite our reservation because they were full and wanted to rent our reserved room at a higher rate. bad bad place.

Thought the staff was professional, the check-in and check-out processes efficient, and the room and bathroom were clean, the property is old, noisy inside and outside rooms, not insulated to noise or air from the outside (which is an issue with the restaurant actively cooking all day on the first floor). It is definitely not worth the value and is located in an industrial area surrounding the airport, right below the city rail. I can't recommend the hotel.

Rooms are old and dated. Not much to do around the hotel. The exception is the service which was outstanding from check in to check out and the airport shuttle service

This is best for a quick overnight stay. I stayed 3 nights because my first hotel had no available rooms to extend my stay.
To be honest this place looks and feels like a motel. There’s nothing in walking distance so you must have a car. It’s in an industrial area and a bit shady. The staff have good customer srvice though which makes it better.

- Positive: Hotel is very convenient to the airport and free shuttle service every 1/2 hour.
- Negative: area is under construction for light rail and close to the airport, I can hear noise from aircrafts in early morning or late night.

There seemed to be a lot of typing and a lot of questions. I’ve had better; I’ve had worse.

All senses were satisfied except hearing. The door did not seal out the outside noise. Luckily it was a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioner was loud. That can be ok if there is a way to have it run continuously and maintain a consistent temperature. Alas, there was not.

Too much pressure is better than not enough, but still not good. The shower head connection leaked and constantly sprayed me in the face. I had to duck/squat to wash my hair (5’10’’). The liquid pump name brand shower supplies saved this from a 2.
