Well everything was good until the people moved in upstairs it was like they were moving all the furniture around and they were running back and forth so it sounded like we had horses upstairs

Room was amazing, the view was spectacular. And kitchen was awesome. The only thing that was a little off putting was the door by the kitchen the bumper beneath the door was slightly broken.

The pictures advertised are misleading. When we booked our trip, we requested for the two bedroom villa. One room had 2 twin beds, and another room had a king size bed. When we arrived at the property, the 2 bedroom only had 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed.

This property was like another home because it had almost everything you need, such as dishwasher, in room laundry and dryer, etc. After water activities, the laundry machine comes handy.
We also enjoyed the bbq grill which was maintained nice and clean. They dont clean your room during your stay, but bring things promptly upon request via text. I will choose this facility again if I visit the big island again.

My wife and i took our two adult children to Big Island this year for a family vacation. They needed their own rooms and bathrooms and Paniolo Greens was PERFECT! Very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a living room, full kitchen and balconies for each room. Had a great time and the condo was a great home base for our trip. Would stay at again for sure! Mahalo!

This property was so spacious, parking was easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. The laundry was good to have in our room and the kitchen was great. A little outdated but very doable and clean. Enough towels and it was safe. Turkeys on property were fun to watch. Air conditioning worked. Beds were super comfortable.

The staff is very sweet and kind. They deserve a high rating.
The property itself, is laid out great with all the amenities you need and at a fair price. My reason for a lower rating is the fallowing:
- bugs. Lots of them! My kitchen counter was covered with ants. Had to take everything off the counters, even devices charging bc they were crawling with ants. I saw a large cockroach crawling up the blinds while watching tv. This thing was 3 inches!
- everything is so old and outdated.
- felt unsafe with the kitchen door leading outside being so flimsy. Safe area but anyone with ill intentions can bust in.
For bug reasons alone, would not stay here again

We stayed here back in 2015 without kids. This time we stayed for 5 nights with our 4 children. Staff were really nice and helpful. Amenities were great. I was very happy to know that they will be renovating the rooms this year. We can’t wait to come back!

We stay at Paniolo Greens whenever we can. Check in was excellent. Made me feel we belong there. Room was VERY CLEAN, air conditioning working great and we were not bothered by anyone. It was a get-away for us.
