Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was excellent value for the price we paid. Big unit that had a nice private landed property/bungalow feel, two bathrooms, TV in each room and fully equipped kitchen (even with a rice cooker!). Great cooling system, always had a comfortable temperature. Glad we had onsite parking without extra cost, and was a convenient distance from Waikoloa plaza which had great food options even late at night. Provided ample towels and even though there’s no daily cleaning service, it wasn’t necessary and it was a very comfortable stay overall. I wish we had time to stay longer and try the pool! Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

No complaints at all from our end regarding our stay here this past week! Very clean. A/C worked great. Comfortable beds. Wonderful value for the cost. Next door to local supermarket, coffees stores, and an exceptional Italian restaurant. A good option if you want access to the north end of the island but not terribly far from Kailua-Kona. 5/5 for us!

Overall a great property very spacious and quiet. Me and my family came here back in June 2022 and when I planned this quick trip I thought of this location again! Excellent area and easy to get around. Thank you for the hospitality made me and my friends trip super enjoyable.

Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful. Although there is no room service, you can easily call/text them with anything you need/request. Beautiful property that overlooks the mountains and golf course. Great bang for your buck. Will stay again.

This property is old, and while the unit we stayed in was a good size and affordable, it was also dark. We had issues with the AC, TV and even the dishwasher had an issue with the detergent door. While staff were helpful, the place apparently about to undergo a renovation and it needs it. It’s also a 15-minute drive to the beach so further out than what I was expecting. Overall, I was disappointed given the 9.4 Expedia rating.

お部屋は古さはありますが、大体の場所は清潔でした。
が、食器やカトラリーが少し汚れていたり（カトラリーはカビのようなものが生えているものも…）、ドライヤーの持ち手がベタベタしていてそれは嫌でした。でも、食器やカトラリーは洗えばいいですし、ドライヤーもタオルなどで巻けばベタベタも気になりませんでした。
少し高い位置にあるので、夜は涼しい気持ちのいい風が部屋に入ってきます。KTAスーパーが近く、食材はそこで揃います。調理器具も充実しているので、自炊で出費を抑えたい我が家にはぴったりでした。
ゴミもゴミ捨て場が近くにあるので、すぐ捨てにいけました。
ベッドはふかふかで気持ちよかったです。
お土産などは車で15分ほどのクイーンズマーケットに行けば買えます。
KTAスーパーにガソリンスタンドもあり（日本のカードは使えなかったので、現金払いです）、HiCOというコーヒースタンドで美味しいコーヒーが飲めます！

Fitness center is tiny and open late at 8:00 AM. I wish it were open 24 hour like many hotels.
Surrounding golf course is beautiful.
Suite is clean and fully furnished. However, the mattresses are not that comfortable as I got back pain and stiff neck.

You should have handicap bars in all your bathtub areas. I’m not disabled but am old and I had a difficult time getting out of the tub.
Tv in one bedroom didn’t work. Regardless we had a marvelous time. Thank you!
