Booked for a May trip based on price and location. The hotel's proximity to Broadway shows, subway stations, and Times Square is unparalleled, with walking times of 5 minutes to shows and 10 minutes to subway stations.
The lobby exudes sophistication, the staff is exceptional, and my room, although compact as expected, was immaculate. Situated on the 11th floor near the elevator, the room was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping staff, particularly Housekeeper Long, provided outstanding guest service. A convenient water and ice station is located on the 4th floor, which I utilized daily

Staff were so kind to my family. The lady at the front desk who shared the same birthday as my mom was so kind, informative, and welcoming. Definitely would recommend if you are a first time traveler to the city.

I booked a room to accommodate six adults. It was not available when I checked in had to separate the family in two separate rooms not next to each other and they charge extra for a service fee. That is not been told to you.

First time staying at this hotel, very old & art deco, room spacious & comfortable nice soft bed, asked for a refrigerator which was delivered quickly, only negative was i had to ask 3 separate times & issues with ac unit fan not shutting off,, which i conveyed to housekeeping manager who was very gracious about it all, allowing a late check out without changing an additional fee.

My recent three-night stay at the Paramount Times Square was absolutely fantastic! The location simply cannot be beat – you're literally less than a minute's walk from the dazzling lights and energy of Times Square, yet the hotel itself feels like a comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle.
What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. From check-in to check-out, every single team member was incredibly friendly and cooperative. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and I was especially impressed when they proactively offered to help me arrange an airport shuttle. That kind of thoughtful service really makes a difference.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after a day of exploring the city. If you're looking for a hotel that combines an unbeatable location with outstanding service, I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend the Paramount Times Square. I'll definitely be back!
