It was nice and comfortable for the price we paid clean showerhead on shower was broken when we took a shower. Water went everywhere on the floor for three people. They only gave us two bars of tiny soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion other than that it was an OK stay

I prepaid for my room with Expedia. I arrived around midnight and the hotel CANCELED my reservation with no prior notice! I desperately up posting significantly more for a room elsewhere! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Now I must ask Expedia for a refund!! This adds to the annoying experience!

We were put in room 115, later a loud noise penatrated through the wall. I saw a utulity room or ??? Room was next to us not a bedroom. It was so loud, it kept me up all night. I didnt go to the office that night as it was late, or in morning as we had to leave very early. Yes I was disapointed. The place is hugh so not sure why that room was assigned to us. I feel they should give me a refund.
