We had a an amazing stay at Paso Robles Inn. The only compliant was the front desk clerks were unfriendly and poor customer service. The room was great and clean!

Great location for walking around downtown Paso. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Having to pay for parking onsite separately online with. QR code instead of through the check in process was an unnecessary pain.

Loved the music and the bar. Loved the waitress at the coffee shop. Wish there was a gym. Also, do not understand why a room that accommodates 4 people only had 2 cups. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the coffee machine.

Great room. Check in staff when arrived (2pm) have poor customer skills, stated they would call when room was ready, but they never did and room still wasn't ready (4:30pm) when I came back to the Inn.

Okay Paso Robles Inn. The new parking system stinks. While I don’t appreciate a secret parking add-on, at least let me pay for it with the room charge. The scan-n-pay website is terrible. No Apple Pay, can’t prepay for multiple nights, no option to extend my stay. It was terrible. Also, I miss the hot tubs.
