I love the view from my room. A bit dated, but very clean. Fridge and microwave in room.

Phenomenal views, clean and tidy

Room was big, had a great harbor view. Could use an update, but it was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Appreciate the larger refrigerator/freezer.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Also, the service was great. I had some issues and they upgraded me to a harbor view room. Rooms smelled weird. The water pressure was horrible on the shower. The coffee maker was full of calcium (white stuff coming out). Mainly the bed was insanely uncomfortable. Location is good. Overall, not pleased and wouldn't stay there again. Wish there was a hotel in this location with comfortable beds and newer rooms with good water pressure.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed with a little hard other than that I was very happy

The heat was off in the room and it took over 3 hours to get to 70 degrees. We went to sleep fully clothed. Staff was friendly.

Spent a couple of nights here. The management and staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent price. The rooms and grounds are very clean. Some exterior remodeling going on which is best done now in the off season. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty solid place to stay if you’re looking for a convenient location in Port Angeles. Not exactly five star, but serves its purpose.

Staff tried hard but...the heater didnt work in my unit and a few other's (breaker out) so i wore all my clothes and coats to bed ...the water smells and tastes of chlorine (may be a porr angeles thing) and the darn clock tower rings every 30 min...so i woke up eveey 30 minutes. Horid niggts sleep but honestly, they try hard to give you all you need: hair dryer, fridge ,micro, coffee pot there but its an old building and port angles has a LOT of pot smokers so things are falling apart!

Stayed here for 1 night and stayed at a bay view room. It was quiet and plenty of coffee shops that you can walk to for breakfast. Sunrise was beautiful on the bay. Would stay here again. Great bargain for your money.

I hesitate to say the room is dated... as that seems to be the vibe they are trying to preserve; which translates in offering the customer that vintage old town experience. My wife and I thought it was great. Also, compliments to the staff, as the room was super clean and taken care of.

Though the room was clean and quiet, the property was dated and there was construction going on as it was off season. The temperature in the room was difficult to control. The thermostat went from 55 to 80F, but once it was set above 65, it went to 80F. Expedia's booking indicated that breakfast was included, but the property changes that amenity with the seasons. This is something Expedia's computers should take into account when you are booking in advance, they should not have picked up the hotel as breakfast included after the close of season date provided by the hotel management.
