Yes it is an older hotel, however the AMAZING views; SUPER clean; close and convenient to everything, and all staff super friendly and helpful during my stay. No breakfast this time of year but check out atomic bagels right around the corner, there’s plenty options for breakfast just outside the hotel take a nice walk! Hotel has free parking.

The elevator was great, but i think there maybe a mold problem in the elevator shaft because we could smell it. Otherwise the room was very clean, comfortable, in a great location with a great view.

The front desk staff were wonderful, helpful, and very pleasant. There was no breakfast in April, but they had coffee which was good. Room was clean. Location is great. Unfortunately, they have some undesirable, possibly full time residents, folks who smoke outside the doors, don’t sleep at night but sing, argue and talk to I don’t know who in the parking lot at all hours of the night and early morning. Three of the worst nights sleep between the person below us, the cycling fridge and heater, and the church bells. Won’t stay there again.

Positives: room was dang near spotless. Had an actual coffee pot. Negatives: Booked a room with a queen size bed, was more like a double; room was small, no a/c or thermostat (at least none to my looking). TV/cable cut out while channel surfing and I couldn’t get it back on. Mattress was firm - to my preference, overly so; but a lot of people, like my parents want that. Fortunately we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room. Fit the bill but I will say that while I have to do about 5-6 more trips up there this summer, I’d prefer trying a different place (I’d stayed here prior and booked based on that experience).

Staff were great, helpful and kind. There was no breakfast, apparently I came at the wrong time of year, so watch out for that. Fast internet, which I appreciated for remotely attending my class. The room was small and rather dated, but you can tell they’ve made some attempts to modernize, with usb plugs near the lamps, etc. Nice view of the mountains. The place was very walkable, both to the training facility nearby that I was visiting for, and the main streets down a nearby stairwell on the cliff side. Overall, I wouldn’t object to staying again, but due to the condition of the facilities and sometimes the general vibe of other guests I would probably try to stay at another hotel next time.

Older property but good enough. Weird toilet that shoots water with the force of an Atlas rocket.

We requested a room on the first floor for various reasons, and we not only got a room on the first floor, but also got a message within a day of booking that confirmed a first floor room was reserved for us. So much better than nail-biting and not finding out until check-in that a request was fulfilled. Thank you Port Angeles Inn

We particularly enjoyed our views of the port and Strait of Juan de Fuca from our 3rd floor room. We appreciated having both a convenient elevator and stairs for easy access. I was told that I would receive a receipt via email when we checked out yesterday. It has not yet arrived.

It’s clean that was a definite plus. The lady that checked us in was very nice and smiled the entire time. We saw the housekeeping lady on her hands and knees cleaning bathroom floors! We left right before eleven which is check out time. They had an employee going door to door knocking hard and loudly saying it’s check out time if you’re staying another night you need to come pay now or leave. There’s no late check out, oh and there’s no phone in the room. Well there is an old dirty one but it doesn’t work. There’s a sign saying phones are down sorry for the inconvenience. That sign is really old! We asked about breakfast and was told they don’t do that until May sorry. Yet it’s in their pictures currently. The bed was awefull! You felt the springs in every roll. Clean yes, okay for a quick overnighter yes, no extra’s, no frills, and no respect. Wait if the phones worked they could have called and asked are you staying another night with us instead of yelling and banging on doors.
