Older hotel but very clean. Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one.

Karen at front desk upon arrival was super sweet and nice. Very helpful about the area and always greeted us with a smile. Room was super clean and just all around great experience.

Nice property, just old feel and smell in the room from carpet, sofa, etc. Had to spray down room with Lysol for freshness. Room is clean just old. Front desk clerk was great, and Mexican restaurant attached to hotel, their food was fantastic.

A very nice place to stay

My reservation I made with Quality in direct was great! Expedia sucked they screwed everything up- they booked for a month after the date I was there! I checked in two hours after I booked it and found out EXPEDIA BOOKED THE NEXT MONTH!! And they would not refund or change the date! I discussed it with owner n manager of quality in and they gave me anther room thank God- but had to pay for it again but they eventually gave me a room for a future date to compensate me! I tried to redeem my payment with Expedia from 2 hours after making the reservation up to the date they scheduled it 30 days later and they blamed everything on the hotel! Hotel told me it was all Expedia and wouldn’t recieve their pmt until the day Expedia booked it ! I’ll NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!!!!!

There was ice and snow on the walkways and parking area that should have been removed or treated. Service was good, friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Easy to get to with very easy parking. Everything in Franklin was within walking distance so that was nice

Just a quick overnighter, but was a really good stay. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Don’t normally sleep great away from home but slept really well here.

The shower was light on pressure

Great place to stay while in Franklin. Short walk to downtown where there is shopping and dining. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Specifically Karen and Kim. It was a very refreshing positive experience.

The employees were fantastic from the moment we were checking in, and even the next day when we checked out, this was our second time staying at this location and as long as they keep up the good work we will be returning next November for wine walk/ light up night. The waffles at breakfast were fantastic, and the water was hot with plenty of pressure in the shower.

This was a very good hotel for what we paid and for a weekend trip. The breakfast was good, the staff were super nice and welcoming, and there’s a decent Mexican restaurant inside the hotel.

We really like the property. The service was above and beyond excellent. The room was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The mattress maybe could use an update. But overall we were really surprised and really happy with our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Franklin. Love the town. Love the hotel. Love the staff. Thanks for a great stay.
