It was actually a great room. The only negative about it is there was a cockroach in our room. It was only one, but still kind of gross.

Bed was too hard for us, walls between rooms have no insulation, too noisy

the hotel was quite a distance from the highway and my GPS sent me to 2 incorrect Quality Inns in springfield before I found the right one.

Pool was great! Staff super friendly! Room was clean and smelled great!

It was an amazing time and a very quiet place! We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but I have no doubt it was wonderful! Already planning another stay here!

We did have an issue with the card reader and it charged me 2x but the one pending should come back after a few days the attendant told me.

The staff was fine and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I didn’t use any other amenities. But I am giving the property itself two stars because I could hear the people in the room next to me talking through the walls, even though they were speaking at a normal volume, and most importantly, there was no hot water in the shower at 7:30 in the morning. Wasn’t happy to not be able to take a comfortable shower before hitting the road.

When we stay in Springfield, we always stay here. Quiet area and safe. This time the room seemed cleaner and maybe some updates had been done. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Next time I'll bring a swimsuit and try out the pool.

Clean, safe and very handy to go different areas

Room was very nice. Comfortable and very clean. New guy in check in, it took a while. $25 pet fee was not listed on site or reservation page.

It was a very old but the staff were nice. Breakfast was great. Seemed clean enough but had mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Worked for sleeping and breakfast which is what we needed

We selected this hotel because it was close to Cox Med center. It was convenient, quiet, and comfortable.

The carpet in the room smelled horrible. I felt like they tried to mask the smell with a strong air freshener

I was traveling alone so upon my arrival I check in and was greeted by a middle aged lady with sunglasses on so dark you couldn’t see her eyes it was dusk outside nonetheless that right off made me realize it wasn’t a good choice for overnight stay but I was tired and hoped it was just not the beginning to issues on my stay so I checked in this lady had no smile no emotion whatsoever no hello nothing after handing me my room key she explained I go down the hall to the second brown door on the left and go up 2 flights of stairs to second floor then it’s on my left so I asked if there was an elevator she said with an emotionless face no there’s not so I asked if there was a room on the ground floor and she said no there’s not so I’m standing there in disbelief that no elevator and nobody around to help with my luggage hell I can’t even use one of the carts because I can’t get it up the stairs so I’m about in tears at this point and my blood is beginning to boil, I am a 60yr old woman I have been battling breast cancer for 6 yrs now and had a mastectomy last July and a total knee replacement this past June nonetheless I am one person and shouldn’t have to walk up 2 flights of stairs with 2 suitcases a duffle bag and my purse and my other bags that I need for my overnight stay, I get my stuff into my room finally and I turn on the lights and it’s like a huge ta dum dum goes off in my head the dust in the room is 1 inch thick on everything and the bedspread was dirty
