The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The chocolate waffles were a hit with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Soap wrapper on the top of shower wall from previous guest. Also corners of floor had food and debri missed by vaccum. 1 bed seemed to be broke in or missing a support and the towel rod kept falling off the side wall by the sink. The people running were great and the breakfast was fantastic. Lobby clean as well as elevator.

I had mistakenly booked for Jan 20 when I needed to stay December 20 which I did and paid again.. I was assured I would be reimbursed for the latter date when I left the hotel. Then both Hotels.com and Quality Inn and Suites refused to do so. The result was very Disappointing.

We werent really greated when we got there. Our room was ok until we pulled out the bed from the couch snd there was glitter everywhere and did not look clean. We asked for blankets and they said come to the front desk instead of bringing them to us. We were woken up at 6am by people screaming at each other and singing extremely loud then when we asked for them to be quiet they yelled at us aaying this is their town. It seemed like drugs were being used there. When we got back to our hotel the night before we could smell weed. After we checked out we were not asked about our stay and did not even get talked to at all. He took our keys and that was it. Just did not seem as welcoming as hotels i stayed at in the past.

Have stayed here before since it has a pool. Had the grandkids this stay so they could swim but it was closed. Wish that had been posted when i booked the room. Unhappy grandkids.
