The stay was very nice.

Receptionist was very kind and profesional, very nice person and help full all of the time.

Room was not in great condition. Breakfast food was not edible. Someone’s fake eyelashes were stuck to the bottom of the room phone.

The employees are very nice!

No kleenex and very little toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable, pillows were flat. No phone in room to call the desk. Window had only a sheer covering, so all light from outside illuminated the room. The sink had no stopper to close. Carpet just inside of room had large stains.

We stayed one night here. The room wasn’t horrible. They definitely need new beds and to update the property. It has t been updated in well over 15 years. The morning breakfast buffet they said runs from 6-10am, we went down around 7:30 and there was no food left. You could make a waffle or have dry cereal (no milk). We ended up going to first watch (walking distance) and they had a great breakfast. If I were to come back to Charleston, WV I would not stay at this hotel again.

I was located close to where I needed to be. No complaints. Everything was satisfactory.

For being an older building in need of some exterior updates, the room was clean, updates where good, no issues with any hvac problems.

We were a late check in and everything went perfect.

The people who worked at the hotel were lovely and we had a great breakfast to get us out the door and on the road Unfortunately, there is barely a lobby for a hotel. There are limited door accesses. The parking was very concerning, and the overall condition of the total disrepair.

Very close to the outpatient center

Felt unsettling entering empty lobby by side door from dark empty parking lot having uneven ground. Often clerks not visible as enter. No security between entrance and elevator. Remodeled room tidy and bed and bath generally clean but not scrubbed.

My stay at Quality Inn Charleston was very pleasant. My room was clean and quiet and the staff was very prompt and professional in addressing any needs. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
