Tv was going off and on Good breakfast Smelled good

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a great experience. The multi-night discount was a big plus and made it an affordable option for a longer stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—just what I needed after long workdays. I had to check out a day earlier than planned, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They gave me a coupon for a future night’s stay, which was a really thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Great service all around—I’ll definitely be back on my next visit!

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn Caribou for my mom, and we had a great experience. Although there was no official airport transportation, the hotel went above and beyond by picking her up at no extra charge—really appreciated! We ended up extending her stay by a couple of nights. The breakfast options were good, and overall, her stay was very comfortable. Great service and hospitality!

Great value for the price! The location was convenient—I could even walk to the hospital behind the hotel through the woods. Breakfast normally starts at 6, but the friendly staff kindly opened it a bit early since I leave for work at 5 AM. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

When I checked in at three, they gave me a room number and when I went over, the door was open and the room had not been cleaned so I went back and they said oh sorry our mistake. It was 108 not 109 and when I went over again, that room was also not clean And there was food in the dresser. I did not feel comfortable although the people were very kind the cleanliness was not, and there were towels and sheets lining the entire hallway like they hadn’t cleaned any roomsuntil my stay. I inquired about a refund, not feeling comfortable, but they said because it was booked through Expedia. I would have to figure out how to get a refund from Expedia. This was not easy and since I was visiting from way out of town, I stuck it out and stayed, but I would not stay there again. There were also missing window panes in some of the rooms had an older like stale cigarettes, or mildew.

The juice machine and coffee were unavailable.

I found the continental breakfast was terrible. Dried out eggs, 1 selection of muffin, 1 selection of cereal, coffee machine not working. Not a selection of fruit or yogurt. Worst continetal breakfast ive ever seen. Shower very hard to turn on. When you do make a complaint about anything on the room, they come down when you are there. The air conditioner plug has a whole around it. Ceiling tiles are yellow and disgusting. If you do need something, nobody at front desk. This is the worst hotel i have stayed at. Wont stay there again.

Appeared dirty with broken windows in entrance ways

The price was affordable, bed was comfortable, rooms were ok. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. Seemed like there was some renovation going on. Room was not vacuumed, sheets had a stain on them, hot water in the shower was minimal, floor boards were falling off, holes in the wall from new artwork being hung, paint on walls, doors, and trim were not professionally done, broken glass on a couple of exterior doors, tv's did not work all weekend, juice machine was broke, and breakfast items were limited. We had to checkout a day early due to a family emergency and I was told I would not be credited for the last night of stay, was told a manager would reach out but still have not heard from anyone. I would not stay here again unless improvements are made.

Convenient!

My partner and I were on a road trip and decided to stay at this hotel. We had no tv in the room the wifi barely worked, the bed was uncomfortable. The ice machine didn’t work. In the bath tub there was a hole in the side of it. The drop ceiling tiles were all pushed up and I had to put them in properly. The gym was broken equipment and the paddling was ripped. Then breakfast was awful my partner and I could barely eat it.

Tv in the whole hotel not working little disappointed with that

Property wasn’t plowed until the day we left after a heavy snow storm making it difficult to enter the parking lot. Good thing we had sleds! The tv was out for our entire stay. My father came down ill on the first night and made for a long day of nothing to do in the room but stare at a green screen.

The Inn was renovated in the last 2 years. Workmanship of the reno was low quality. Walls were just painted over not prepped. Checked out a day early. They said a refund was "no problem". Ended up having to pay a $99.00 cancellation fee. Room across the hall had several guys talking very loud past 1:30 AM. Breakfast eggs where refrigerator cold. Management was a nightmare.

The room itself was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, there was a strange odor in the room that appeared to be covered up by a large amount of room spray or carpet deodorizer that was very overwhelming.
