The staff customer service was excellent very friendly and helpful especially Katee and Max. Good breakfast and very clean place. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. It was a very busy day when we checked in, but Katee was the star. She was running herself ragged tending to everyone’s needs and did it all with a smile on her face and nothing but kind words and thoughtfulness. Katee was wonderful, I would come back just to see her

The only complaint I have was that the room was in between the ice machine and the pool. So we heard all the noise from both. Other than that it was clean and the breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

A king room had been booked. With a broken ankle and having to prop the leg at night this size of bed works much better. Upon arrival was informed all the king rooms, except for earmarked 'pet' rooms, were taken. Explained to me that although we were willing to take a pet room the owner of the hotel would not allow this.
Dog in a car outside room barking all night and difficulty arranging bed to accommodate pillow and ankle made for a night with very little sleep.

The smell of pine sol was over whelming. It did not go away ALL NIGHT. it was so strong it was nauseating. It was so thick in the bathroom that my feet stuck to the floor. I know it's not the hotels fault, but do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. The semis on the highway are very loud. All night. Between the pine sol and the semi trucks, we only got about 4 hours of sleep.

Great customer service! The person working the morning of April 12th was very friendly and helpful.
There was police activity at the McDonald’s across the parking lot and people sleeping on the grass around the hotel property.
