Paying for the parking is insane

My daughter unexpectedly had to spend a night in Denver due to a flight cancellation, and I helped book her at this hotel, ensuring that there was a shuttle to take her to and from the hotel. She went to get the shuttle (at night) and was told by the driver that she could not board and needed to let the "older" people take the shuttle. She waited for an hour for the shuttle to return and once again, the driver told her that he would not take her! Another woman got involved (as my daughter started crying), trying to understand what was going on and the driver rudely doubled down on not taking her to the hotel. Since it was late at night, a shuttle driver from another hotel agreed to take my daughter on her shuttle and to make an extra stop to drop her off. I am so grateful for their kindness. My daughter called me at midnight when she finally got to her room, crying and afraid about missing her early morning flight, and so I encouraged her to schedule a Lyft for 4 a.m. to avoid being treated with such disrespect and risk missing her flight. I called the hotel the next day and left a message for the manager and did not receive a call back. Very unacceptable.

Close to the airport

Staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. They were kind enough to accomodiate an earky check in.

Everything was clean and nice, and the bed very comfortable

Front desk people is helpless, i changed room twice and at the end I kept the first one they gave me, rooms smell like feet, tv's wont work, neighbors was noicy and when i told front desk they didn't do anything about it, cooffee is the worst and the got mad with faces when i ask them if they can change it. Definatelly quality is the last thing they offer, the name should be nonquality inn

There were not many options and staff was rude of not filling up the food. There was board as one yogurt per customer and when I picked two for me and my wife, staff lady asked me to keep it one and ask my wife to come and pick. I told her she is literally sitting there and visible to her but still she did not allow me.

Inexpensive, clean and well run hotel

Clean and comfortable room. Shows a bit of wear in the hotel, but pleasant enough for a short stay. Good price for extended parking. Would stay again.

Great location, easy access to dinning and the airport

Clean room. Bed was comfortable, pillows sucked. The layout of the bathroom was terrible (if you are aren't a size zero, it is hard to get into the bathroom and close the door because of the location of toilet/sink). Breakfast was really good and started on time. Would stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Bed was a little soft. Breakfast was the same both days. Had an extra charge for something don’t know what.

All of the staff was incredibly friendly. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Thank you for a great stay.
