No shuttle service when we got to the airport. Choice was a 30-40 minute wait or $50 taxi. No empathy from front desk staff. Extremely frustrating. " shuttle rides aren't guaranteed " goes against the "airport shuttle available " that was advertised.

The hotel staff were not very helpful. I spoke with another patron who said she thought it was just how she was treated but realized that I was treated the same. The airport shuttle driver was more polite and helpful than the front desk attendant. Other patrons also complained about the service they received.

My daughter unexpectedly had to spend a night in Denver due to a flight cancellation, and I helped book her at this hotel, ensuring that there was a shuttle to take her to and from the hotel. She went to get the shuttle (at night) and was told by the driver that she could not board and needed to let the "older" people take the shuttle. She waited for an hour for the shuttle to return and once again, the driver told her that he would not take her! Another woman got involved (as my daughter started crying), trying to understand what was going on and the driver rudely doubled down on not taking her to the hotel. Since it was late at night, a shuttle driver from another hotel agreed to take my daughter on her shuttle and to make an extra stop to drop her off. I am so grateful for their kindness. My daughter called me at midnight when she finally got to her room, crying and afraid about missing her early morning flight, and so I encouraged her to schedule a Lyft for 4 a.m. to avoid being treated with such disrespect and risk missing her flight. I called the hotel the next day and left a message for the manager and did not receive a call back. Very unacceptable.

Front desk people is helpless, i changed room twice and at the end I kept the first one they gave me, rooms smell like feet, tv's wont work, neighbors was noicy and when i told front desk they didn't do anything about it, cooffee is the worst and the got mad with faces when i ask them if they can change it. Definatelly quality is the last thing they offer, the name should be nonquality inn

There were not many options and staff was rude of not filling up the food. There was board as one yogurt per customer and when I picked two for me and my wife, staff lady asked me to keep it one and ask my wife to come and pick. I told her she is literally sitting there and visible to her but still she did not allow me.
