The staff was awesome. The breakfast was good. If you stay near the pool the rooms are very musty smelling. Lots of construction around the hotel.

Overall rooms look nice/ typical however I'm not sure what all gets cleaned between guests. When we opened the door it was very musty smelling. Even after running the ac for awhile, you can definitely still smell a difference between the hallway & room. Another thing was my 3yr old opened a drawer and found 3/4 loaf of bread, 4 hotdogs buns, mayo, ketchup & can of veggies. It also smells bad in the drawer, so not sure how long they have been in there for. No extra blanket/ pillows. They do have mini fridge & microwave so i guess that's a plus.

I had the front desk give me a wake up call which never happened. I had the front desk order a shuttle for a time in the morning. There was no shuttle at that time and the front desk person had to call the shuttle driver and order the shuttle. These things should really be corrected. Honestly I could have missed my flight in two ways due partly to the hotel staff, not good.

Was suppose to stay here for 3 nights and left after not even 24 hours. The hotel smells extremely bad, and then we woke up from a nap and there were ants everywhere on the floor. Immediately packed our stuff and left after that.
