clean and convenient

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable… The hotel itself is next to the highway, but residential too, so it’s very quiet. We didn’t try any of the amenities really, so I can’t reference the pool or breakfast.

Only problem was that nobody was cleaning up after the dogs, so that area was a minefield. I had a dog there & I travel to dogsport events almost every weekend. People who compete clean up. Pet owners often don't, & then it becomes the hotel's responsibility. This hotel was the worst I've ever seen.

Loved the breakfast

. Called to ask about if the hot tub was working. Was told yes over the phone. It was broken and drained when we got there. Lame. Then our tv didn’t work when we got to room. Breakfast and morning crew were awesome. Nighttime not so much

This is a nice place to stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we were given smelled terribly like dog as soon as we opened the door! I went to the front desk to inform the gentleman working there and he started to argue with me that the room is a “no dog room”. I told him they may think it is, but dogs had definitely been in that room, so I asked for a different room, which he gave us. When we walked into the second room it did not smell, but was very warm. We proceeded to turn the AC down. After 30 minutes it was not cooler. We felt the vents and they were cold, but not blowing. I went to the front desk, and he said to turn it off for 10 minutes and back on. After doing that it did not work and we told the front desk. He gave us a fan to put in the window instead of getting it fixed or moving us. Breakfast the next morning was just sad and disgusting. The eating area was so small our family of four could not eat together, every table and the floor was very dirty and I had to find a towel and wipe tables off for us to sit down. Then they were out of more things than what they had in stock. We fed the kids enough to get them through and then hit the road and stopped at Mc Donald’s for breakfast! Will NOT be staying here again!

The hot tub was not working and that’s the only reason why we booked that hotel and the shower was very slippery. We felt like we were gonna fall.

TV didn’t work no elevator spiders dirty sheets. Price over than what was offered. We called hotel to have price corrected on 06/24/24 we were there for our nephew wedding. Expedia was canceled by hotel well that was what we were told. Then we were to put under wedding blocked rooms that were way cheaper then what we were charged. We are asking to have a refund for the overpay. We were charged $505 and the price under wedding was to be $89 before tax. My wife has Parkinson’s and needed an elevator and there isn’t one. Kaven would not move us said had no other room. Another nephew checked in Kaven asked Cain if he wouldn’t mind moving from the second down to the first so he did. We are not asking for a complete refund just the price difference. Cain and other family members say they were charged $89 We asked Kaven for a refund he yelled at us and was very rude. Said I needed Expedia to refund. We need help with this. This has put us in distress
