The staff was great. Our refrigerator was broken and the man at the front desk was on it. Turns out it was just unplugged behind the dresser. Staff were very very kind. The accommodations they made for us with my grandfather was amazing. Would definitely stay here again

We spent Christmas as a way to spend time together close to home since I had to work Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas, instead of driving so much. Mary and crew made it feel warm, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is very close to the airport and highway but still quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and hang out close by, including an old fashioned grocery store across the street. The only suggestion is to make the driveway easier to see from the Main Street. Def worth the stay and a value at the price!

comfortable beds, spaceous rooms, good price! downfall was a tad noisy from being next to the interstate and airport but not anything that could be done.

Arrived and got a room that was occupied. Hotel smells like weed and cigarettes, ended up being downgraded from a king bed to queen bed, no refund or anything for the difference.. My door won’t close fully, don’t even feel safe in this place.

It seems as if Maintenace and upkeep of the facility is lacking. example: door to bathroom in room 416 on the inside by the shower is pealing. There is no hook to hank clothing on when showering. The TV did not work and staff was not able to fix this. I was offered another room but choose to stay in 416. The roof outside the main doorway (the car port) is in need of repainting and the driveway in has some major potholes.

The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. The lobby and stairway were very dirty! The check in process our clerk could not have been any nicer or more attentive! She was a gem!

WARNING: DON'T STAY HERE.
Very outdated, linens filled with fillings.. asked for another set and still filled with fillings. Old beds with worn out springs, side chair with leather rips all over. Asked for Hot chocolate and they only had for a day or so. Very run down, don't go by the 8.2 (very good rating) because it is not. I regretted very much staying there and will never do it again. Front desk not helpful, never have anything or no access to anything.

I ordered a room with the jacuzzi because I'm having hip surgery tomorrow January 21st. When I got in here I had a regular handicap bathtub that didn't have Jets. I emailed Expedia and they said that they would get with me they never did. The room I got goes for $58 a night and they charge 78. I told him I wanted the jacuzzi room and that's what I ordered and I never got it
