Very comfortable

The bathroom wasn’t clean and had horrible water pressure. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was food and stains on the mattress. The pool was full of leaves and ants with wings that were biting.

Close to everything ..But the room had mold on old wet spot on ceiling above door way ,had to leave additional deposit at check in even though room was paid in full with credit card .Room had a musty moldy odor to it and caused me to have to get allergy meds as I have allergy to mold ..could ot get in a different room because they were 100% booked

The smell of stale cigarette smoke was very strong. I returned to the front desk and was told it was a non smoking room but rooms on "the back side" were smoking rooms (which would explain why the room smelled so bad - I assume it is seeping over through the attic ductwork). The hotel was fully booked and was told there was no room to switch me to. I was offered a can of spray to help neutralize the odor. I responded I didn't think I would be staying. I went to talk it over with my wife and then fortunately got a call a few minutes later that they found a different room for us in the main building where the smoke smell wouldn't be a problem. This saved the day from what would have been a disaster. Buyer beware, if you get a room assigned in the smaller building prepare to deal with the overpowering smell of stale cigarette smoke.

The room was in front of the stairs and so loud. It wasn't very clean. The breakfast included was terrible.

Clean rooms, comfortable quiet and efficient air conditioning. Well noise insulated rooms. Staff was great. The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment is the included breakfast basically bagels and the ability to make some kind of little waffle no real proteins eggs, sausage etc

The room was clean, service was quick. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Had to stay while house was getting remodeled and they were very kind and made are stay very comfortable and wasn’t so homesick . Will stay here and Recommend everyone to stay here.

It was okay for our short time there. Definitely need to update/fix plumbing my bathroom tub ran water nonstop, my room smelled like wet dog

The bed felt like it was falling apart. There wasn't any daily maid service. Breakfast was limited.

Professional, provided great services and Housekeeing staff obviously worked worked well, ensuring a sense of cleanliness throughout the facility.

This hotel was terrible!! We checked in, went to our room and immediately noticed burn holes in the comforter, multiple flies in the room and an extremely strong smell of smoke in our nonsmoking room. We went to the front desk to get a refund and the manager was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. I would never recommend this place!!
