Quality Inn & Suites Pearl - Jackson

The stay was okay. My issue was the cleanliness. The towels in the bathroom were stained and started yellowing. Definitely should’ve been disposed of instead of put back in a room. The pillowcases smelt as if someone was just sleeping on them and had a body odor. They definitely were not freshly washed. If they were then the washing solution they’re using needs to change. I advised the front desk agent and she apologized. I only stayed in the room because I had gotten in late and was exhausted. I’ve stayed here a few times and never had this issue.

Seems old needs repairs

The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom floor was nasty! The hotel was mostly empty but we were put on the third floor across the hall from noisy construction workers. Staff were not overly friendly at all.

Tread mill did not work. Same for Stationary bike. Hot breakfast was good. Easy to get on & off road to interstate.

Staff is very helpful and always available when you need them!

Check in was very quick. My only complaint is that the floors are squeaky and there was a weird odor, possibly flooring glue.

Super nice for the price, property is well lit at night, the staff are super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast is always very good, fresh and hot! We will stay here every time we come this way!
