Solid place to stay on our trip with a good breakfast

Didn't like the cost of water

Beds were hard. Room was decent. Pretty average.

The beds were very comfortable. The grout in the bathroom and entrance was GROSS! In need of a major cleaning. The room also had a weird smell when we walked in. AC unit was quite.

This hotel offered what i expected and wanted. They had clean rooms, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and the breakfast wasn't bad either. The location was ok and the area was reasonably quite. I will book again qhen I'm in the Jackson area.

Parking was limited. Otherwise everything was great

The room had a funny sour smell smell like it was clean with dirty mart water that smell has stuck with our clothes ever since we got home We have to rewash everything including our hair and all of our clothes first time we've experienced it also the description of the room was labeled as accessible It needs to say handicapped accessible We made a mistake and got a handicap room It was okay but the smell the last time we stayed here it had a great smell in the hallway and the rooms was just as fresh This was not the experience this time The lady at the desk said that it was done online and she cannot change us out of a room they will not refund and or exchange anything for us because it was done online they should be an exception to the rule but just because we were tired we settled Next time it won't be a settle we'll just stay somewhere else

Upon arrival, a customer leaving mentioned bed bugs. We checked, and luckily didn’t find those in our room. After further inspection of the room we found trash on the sides of the bed hidden by the comforter and sheets. There was trash behind other furniture as well. We asked for it to be vaccuumed but no one ever did. My mother cancelled her room because there was a used female pad and trash shoved behind and underneath her bed. We only stayed because it was a hassle to rebook because it was a late arrival. I guess technically it was good enough to sleep in but unsanitary. Unfortunately, seemed to be a big communication issue due to language barriers. I really wish I would have taken pictures but sickened by some of it.

Everything was nasty & smelled. Most things were broken.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Understood my physical needs. They were wonderful!

First, the woman who checked us in was super sweet and helpful. Thumbs up. The room smelled musty and the a/c unit sounded like it was gas-powered. It woke all of us up multiple times throughout the night. The general condition of the facility was only so-so, with poor-fitting doors and peeling/flaking paint in areas. The elevator is small and made concerning sounds. The breakfast was good - they weren't out of food and kept it stocked. Except they literally turned the lights off on me while I was cleaning our table before leaving. Very weird. Price was ok, but given the oddities, we probably would not stay here again, given the choice.

Bed was super comfy! Room was clean! Breakfast was ok.

I stayed the night of 5/13 and again on my return trip on 5/19. Staff were good, room good and breakfast good - above the average.

Building needs some refurbishing. One night, had to go to from desk for towel’s etc. Came into room while we were gone, but didn’t leave clean ones. Ice machine on second floor doesn’t work. Neither vending machines worked on 1 or 2 floor. Continental breakfast was very good.

The pool was in horrible condition. There was no ice or vending on any of the floors. We had to go all the way to the first floor for ice. All of the vending machines were empty, the front desk had a few items but not a lot to choose from.

Really close to my visiting destination

Nothing I can see is unusual. It is very easy access due to its position directly off the interstate. Turn right and right again and you're there. I was arriving at night in an unfamiliar area so I was very pleased with the location. Check in was ok. The customer service guy at the desk was much more interested in his personal phone call then he was in me. So that is why the poor rating on this. He didn't give me times for the breakfast, nor did he tell me how to access wi-fi. He wasn't rude, just indifferent. Breakfast was good like motel breakfasts but they did have hot eggs and good coffee.
