Quality Inn & Suites Pearl - Jackson

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering.

We arrived late and night and the room had an horrible mildew smell. We were tired so we went straight to bed and decided to worry with it in the morning. It was hot all night because the air was not working well, and when we got up to make coffee in the morning the carpeted area was soaking wet near the couch, coffee pot and AC. Guess a leaky AC was the source of the air issue, wet carpet and mildew smell. Overall is was terrible. The staff were very friendly but didn’t seem too concerned with our experience. We checked out early and got another hotel down the street.

This was a VERY clean hotel with a spacious room. We really appreciated the check in process.

Much better than a Motel 6!

After our first stay here a month earlier, I accidentally booked my next stay for the wrong dates. When I got to the hotel and discovered this, they also informed me they were fully booked. I went to another hotel and later requested, not a refund, but to change my dates to three days earlier. The hotel would not speak to me on the phone now answer emails. I travel this way often from Ga to Tx and thought I had found my new halfway point hotel. But now I will never book here again.

A 5 Star experience from check in to check out.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Check in was quick, housekeepers cleaned my room everyday, I felt safe especially being that I had my four small children with me, a lot stores/restaurants are nearby. My only complaint is that I wish they had a turkey/chicken susage option for breakfast. Not everyone eats pork, hopefully in the near future that change can be made. Other than that breakfast was pretty good. I would recommend this hotel.

A “10” all the way! Every detail that is important to us was perfect!! Best overnight stay in years! And easy access to I20!

My stay was very good. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and neat, and the daily cleaning was exactly what I wanted: replacement bath linens, trash emptied and bed linens straightened each day I was there.

Everything was secluded but yet still in walking distance of different places

Room was filthy. Not just that they don’t clean, but stains everywhere. I started itching the minute I walked into the room. Blood stain on the mattress. Chair in the room had too many stains to count.

We stayed for one night. It was quite comfortable but when we first got there and was getting on the elevator we met a black guy who was smoking a joint on the elevator and walked out of the elevator still smoking it. Not okay!?

Not the hotels fault many of the occupants on my floor were loud; i.could hear someone hacking up.phlehm.all.night. but my first room.had pubes on and in toilet, open.and.unopened cigars in a drawer ruining the smell of room. Clerk very politely gave me a different room, place nneds some detail and deep.cleaning for the prices they charge. Hallways reakof smoke but its a non smoking property? Lots of dirty foors, smears.on hallway walls, room couch looks stained, mold sporesstarting to form on AC vent -maybe because room stays cold for guests- but windows show it stays moist too. Notbwhat i expected based on pictured and recent reviews.I would expect this quality from a motel6, travel lodge. Wouldn't call these suites just because there is a fridge and couch. Nice people, just kinda eew. Not how we cleaned when I worked at a Holiday inn or Marriott.

I stayed there in April of this year ! This last visit the room had noticeable patch work and couldn’t use the pool due to algae so very disappointed about those things

Beautiful and comfortable room!

Pool was not open the first day. They don’t give points on choice card for a third party reservation, I don’t like that.
