Great place to stay with kids. Be aware the pool goes from 4ft to 5’6”, there is no shallow end for little kids. Still a nice small pool though.

The shower sis not drain, ice machine not working properly , refrigerator not working. Ice and frig needed after a long hot day. Ratings did not give accurate descriptions. Won’t stay again.

Upon arrival hotel staff said they had no reservation. They had no supervisory staff available to resolve the confusion. I communicated with hotels.com immediately, and they simply deferred to the hotel and charged my credit card for a room reservation the hotel claimed they didn't have. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I'd never do business with hotels.com or this hotel again.

Overbooked King Rooms so had to take 2 Double beds, room smelled like body odor, there is no elevator and room was on the 2nd floor which was up a flight of about 14 stairs (straight up), whirlpool was down, for breakfast they ran out of hot food and didn't replenish, no fruit/no muffins, basically cold cereal, bagels, and yogurt. This place has gone downhill over the past 2 or 3 years.

This was where we always stayed while visiting our family in Pueblo but it is no longer our go-to location after this visit. We will be look for a new location going forward. This hotel seems to no longer pay attention to the small details, such as cleanliness.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a clean and safe location. We would stay here again. We did not eat breakfast as we had plans with family. It is an older hotel, but definitely worth the stay.

They have an EV charging station!! A big plus. But we didn't find out about it until departure. It's not listed in the website. We could have used it.
Bed and bedding were fabulous!!
Bathroom is dated.
The fitness room was locked twice when I went to use it. Turns out is was unlocked all the time. Card jey dif not work since it was unlocked. They should post hours or say it's unlocked.
Perfect location for our purpose. No other hotel in area.

It was fine for the price and served its purpose of a place to get off the road before some bad weather.
It’s an older refitted motel. The bedding was very comfortable.
The bathtub had tons of black curly hair in it, the toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in.
