The hotel was very nice and clean. Recommend that the door on 3109 be adjusted so that it shuts/locks more easily. You have to double check to make sure it is shut tightly when you enter/exit.

The room was spotless, and well stocked. The staff are on top of things, reception was easy and efficient, breakfast staff were constantly watching stock as people ate and refilled it wearing gloves if needed. By the time you got up in the morning you could see that housekeeping had already done the floors in the halls and had moved on to regular room cleanings.
The only thing this hotel could improve on is the minor stains/broken things. These were just small eyesores but did not affect our stay. Great job staff!
For your information, pool is outdoor. Wish that was stayed somewhere on their website!

Location in atmosphere around this hotel is not very safe people standing around the buildings strong smell of marijuana being smoked around and at the end of the building's doors propped opens parties going on but not recommend this property to anyone

The room itself was not bad. Unfortunately the property has 3 buildings that are not attached. When booking the hotel that detail was not shown. In order to get to the "main building" where you check in and braeakfasy is served you needed to walk through the parking lot and into the other building. Unfortunately the parking lot was filled with ice and very dangerous. I informed the front dest when cheking in but it didnt make a difference as it stood that way the entire time of the stay.

Desk staff was very polite and professional. Once in room it look a long time for things to get quiet in corridor. Outside was also very loud with bangs and crashes until about 10pm.

We were in room 1117. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. When the shower was on, a lot of water kept on running out of the bathtub faucet so the pressure was very weak. The tub was slippery.
The towels were small and thin.
The bedspread wasn't clean.

I was checking in and front desk staff said that I was at the Comfort Inn. Sign behind the front desk said "Quality Inn", the sign over the drive through said Quality Inn ?!?!?!?!?!?!. Never knew what hotel we were at. Our room was by side door entrance were everyone was going in and out day and night. The smoking table was right by the side door entrance, and we could smell smoke off and on during our stay. Room was very clean.
