The staff is very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was clean.

It had a really nice pool and hot tub

We as siblings and in laws stayed as a group the weekend before christmas. Well every kid in our party plus 2 adults that swam in the pool got an amazing christmas gift from the hotel and all contracted hand foot and mouth. They double charged me for my room bc i paid with a different card than i used to reserve the room. It was a sh*t show as far as them taking money out of cards. Then the hand foot and mouth cost all 3 of our families to have to spend more money at the dr. They said it was one of the worst cases they have seen! And everyone was in absolute pain from it! And it was 99% most likely from the pool as that is a very common place to contract it. Beware. Also they had a major plumbing issue in all of our rooms where the drains did not drain. Oh and they advertize a hot tub that hasnt been there for years. And there are abandoned properties all over the area. And sketchy people outside all hours of the night out back "smoking" and that back door did not lock at all. Was not very comfortable just glad we were only there in the evenings at night. Weight room is also a joke as most of the equipment was broke. Okay breakfast. I hate complaining like this but it needed to be addressed. Never never again. We always stay at the holiday inn right next to it highly recommend that. Dont try saving a few dollars bc it cost us sooo much more in medical bills and pain!

No hot tub, pool was dirty and smelled like a dirty fish tank, toilet paper was falling out of wall, toilet didn’t flush.

Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. I called ahead to the reservation line to confirm that the pool and hot tub would be open during our stay the day of. The attendance stated that they were both open however, when we arrived the hot tub was closed and had been fpr some time. We stayed two nights. I asked for room service but we received none. The breakfast was good and the staff seemed friendly however, I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent. The facilities were great.

Noisy. Yappy dogs close by. Room next door was loud…(I think it was the managers residence). In the morning the desk person was sitting there watching loud videos while the trash in the breakfast area was literally flowing into the floor and the food was empty.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was provided.

We chose Quality Inn based on the price, overall rating, and the availability of a hot tub. After a long flight from Alaska and a 4 hour drive from Denver, a good soak would have been welcome. The hot tub has not been available for a long time, yet they continue to use it as a selling point. I pointed it out to the staff, and they were aware of it and apologized. The first room we were given was fine, until we used the shower and the tub drain was clogged. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they moved us. The second room (102) was clean. The shower had a hand held shower head which was welcome since my spouse has range issues, but it needed to be replaced. It was clogged from hard water deposits and had red mildew on it. It did not have a satisfactory output. The replacement is cheap - $14. I had the same one in my home before I replaced it. There was a damaged wall next to the shower that had been patched but not painted. A small piece of metal had been screwed into the wall in the bathroom to protect the wall from the doorknob hitting it, but the metal piece was a hasty fix - something that looked like it was punched out of an electrical box on a construction site. The mattress on the queen size bed was unacceptable and should have been replaced. On my side of the bed, there was a body impression and the side of the mattress was not square. Breakfast was decent, but never varied. I wouldn't return to that hotel.

Doors next to us would slam so hard our walls shook. The amenities listed included a hot tub-there was no hot tub. The water temp in the shower would run super hot at times burning my skin.

The hotel was just average in almost every way. The front desk staff were cold and indifferent. The breakfast was better then other places we have stayed.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. I thought shower had some cracks in the fiberglass but was just several long dark hairs that had not been cleaned out prior to our use. We wondered why interior hall was so loud in our room. Door to our room had a gap big enough to get my finger under.

It was a good stay… We felt it was over priced as it was the most expensive night for our entire ten day trip to Texas and back…

The TV didn’t work all day Saturday probably won’t stay there again!

Great space, clean, quiet, good variety of breakfast
